熱固性環(huán)氧瀝青的制備及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:環(huán)氧改性瀝青因良好的高溫穩(wěn)定性及低溫抗裂性能、優(yōu)異的力學(xué)性能和超強(qiáng)的耐疲勞、抗腐蝕性能成為鋪裝鋼橋面、高級(jí)路面以及重載道路理想的路面材料,受到研究者的廣泛關(guān)注,而環(huán)氧瀝青增容劑是實(shí)現(xiàn)這些優(yōu)異性能的關(guān)鍵。 本論文用十一烯酸和乙二醇二縮水甘油醚開環(huán)反應(yīng)合成了一種活性增容劑。利用紅外光譜(FT-IR)對(duì)合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行了表征,結(jié)果表明增容劑結(jié)構(gòu)含有預(yù)期的環(huán)氧基和雙鍵。通過環(huán)氧瀝青材料的離析試驗(yàn)和DMA測(cè)試,證明了自制活性增容劑改善了環(huán)氧樹脂和瀝青的相容性。 將環(huán)氧樹脂,基質(zhì)瀝青,固化劑,自制活性增容劑及助劑熔融共混,,制備環(huán)氧瀝青材料。通過大量實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了環(huán)氧瀝青結(jié)合料和粘結(jié)料的配方,并研究了各組分對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青材料力學(xué)性能的影響,確定了環(huán)氧瀝青結(jié)合料的最佳配方:基質(zhì)瀝青510份,脂肪族二元酸85份和芳香族酸酐40份組成A組分;環(huán)氧樹脂100份和自制增容劑20份組成B組分。制備出的環(huán)氧瀝青結(jié)合料拉伸強(qiáng)度為1.96MPa、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率為226%。確定了環(huán)氧瀝青粘結(jié)料的最佳配方:基質(zhì)瀝青310份,脂肪族二元酸85份和芳香族酸酐40份組成A組分;環(huán)氧樹脂100份和自制增容劑15份組成B組分。制備出的環(huán)氧瀝青粘結(jié)料的拉伸強(qiáng)度為5.9MPa、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率為158%。 利用熱固性測(cè)試、吸水率測(cè)試、熱失重分析儀(TGA)、動(dòng)態(tài)機(jī)械分析儀(DMA)對(duì)環(huán)氧瀝青材料進(jìn)行了性能測(cè)試和表征。結(jié)果表明,環(huán)氧樹脂使得瀝青由原來的熱塑性彈性體變成了不溶不熔的熱固性彈性體;環(huán)氧瀝青材料的吸水率低于0.3%,滿足國(guó)內(nèi)和美國(guó)環(huán)氧瀝青吸水率的指標(biāo)要求。
[Abstract]:Epoxy modified asphalt is an ideal pavement material for paving steel bridge deck, high grade pavement and heavy load road due to its good high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance, excellent mechanical properties and super strong fatigue resistance. The epoxy asphalt compatibilizer is the key to realize these excellent properties. In this paper, an active compatibilizer was synthesized by ring-opening reaction of undecenoic acid and ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether. The synthesized products were characterized by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results show that the structure of compatibilizer contains the expected epoxy group and double bond. Through the segregation test and DMA test of epoxy asphalt, it was proved that the compatibility of epoxy resin and asphalt was improved by self-made active compatibilizer. Epoxy asphalt was prepared by melt blending epoxy resin, matrix asphalt, curing agent, self-made active compatibilizer and auxiliary agent. The formula of epoxy asphalt binder and binder was determined through a large number of experiments, and the effect of each component on the mechanical properties of epoxy asphalt binder was studied. The optimum formulation of epoxy asphalt binder was determined as follows: base asphalt 510 phr. The composition of component A is 85 phr of aliphatic dibasic acid and 40 phr of aromatic anhydride, 100 phr of epoxy resin and 20 phr of self-made compatibilizer. The tensile strength of epoxy asphalt binder is 1.96 MPA and elongation at break is 226 MPA. The optimum formulation of epoxy asphalt binder was determined as follows: base asphalt 310 phr, aliphatic acid 85 phr and aromatic anhydride 40 phr, epoxy resin 100 phr and self-made compatibilizer 15 phr. The tensile strength of epoxy asphalt binder is 5.9 MPA and elongation at break is 158 MPA. The properties of epoxy asphalt were tested and characterized by thermosetting test, water absorption test and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA),) dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). The results show that the epoxy resin can change the asphalt from the original thermoplastic elastomer to the insoluble thermosetting elastomer, and the water absorption of epoxy asphalt is lower than 0.3, which meets the requirements of the domestic and American epoxy asphalt water absorption.
