【摘要】：為適應(yīng)交通事業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的需要，我國公路工程建設(shè)中不斷研究推廣新材料、新工藝。其中ATB-30密級配瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石也被推廣應(yīng)用在高速公路和市政道路中。國道112線高速公路路面工程是采用12cm厚的ATB-30瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石混合料做為下面層，這在天津地區(qū)還屬首次。本篇論文通過對現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)、施工、檢測等方面的跟蹤研究，形成了一整套對應(yīng)于大粒徑瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石一次性攤鋪施工工藝的技術(shù)方法。內(nèi)容涵蓋原材料控制、配合比試驗(yàn)、混合料拌和、混合料運(yùn)輸、現(xiàn)場攤鋪、碾壓等。通過理論分析、試驗(yàn)檢測、施工過程檢測等手段，找出施工時(shí)所需要解決的一系列問題，，并找出了應(yīng)對的技術(shù)措施。 本論文所得出的各種施工方法，都根據(jù)大粒徑瀝青混合料的特點(diǎn)，從現(xiàn)場的實(shí)際操作出發(fā)，對今后類似工程的施工具有很好的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of transportation industry, new materials and techniques have been continuously studied and popularized in highway engineering construction in China. Among them, ATB-30 dense gradation asphalt stabilized macadam is also widely used in highway and municipal road. The pavement engineering of National Highway 112 used ATB-30 asphalt stabilized macadam mixture with 12cm thickness as the lower layer, which is the first time in Tianjin. Based on the field test, construction and inspection, a set of technical methods corresponding to the one-off paving process of large-size asphalt stabilized macadam are formed. The content covers raw material control, mix test, mixture mixing, mixture transportation, site spreading, rolling, etc. By means of theoretical analysis, test and construction process test, a series of problems needed to be solved in construction are found out, and the corresponding technical measures are found out. According to the characteristics of large particle size asphalt mixture and the actual operation on the spot, the various construction methods obtained in this paper can be used for reference in the construction of similar projects in the future.
