膨脹巖土地層盾構(gòu)隧道管片結(jié)構(gòu)荷載及內(nèi)力特征

【摘要】:選取成都地鐵2號線ZCK40+805.8隧道斷面為目標斷面,在管片上布設(shè)土壓力盒、水壓力計和混凝土應(yīng)變計,對具有弱膨脹性的強—中風化泥巖地層盾構(gòu)隧道施工過程中管片結(jié)構(gòu)的荷載及內(nèi)力特征進行跟蹤測試。分析測試數(shù)據(jù)可知:脫環(huán)初期管片結(jié)構(gòu)水壓力變化較大,在管片拼裝60環(huán)后,水壓力開始緩慢增加,隧道貫通后的最終水壓力低于理論靜水壓力;管片結(jié)構(gòu)土壓力的實測值小于理論值,它反映了注漿層、地層水土壓力等因素對結(jié)構(gòu)主體的共同作用;管片結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的穩(wěn)定需要時間較長,最大內(nèi)力值出現(xiàn)在隧道貫通后。管片結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力的實測值與理論計算值的對比分析表明,在該地層中應(yīng)用荷載—結(jié)構(gòu)模型進行管片結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分析時,若采用水土合算方法計算荷載,無須考慮地層膨脹力的作用。
[Abstract]:The section of ZCK40 805.8 tunnel of Chengdu Metro Line 2 is selected as the target section, and the earth pressure box, water pressure gauge and concrete strain gauge are arranged on the segment. The load and internal force characteristics of the segment structure during the construction of the shield tunnel in the strong and medium weathered mudstone strata with weak dilatancy are tracked and tested. The analysis and test data show that the water pressure of the segment structure changes greatly at the initial stage of detorsion. After assembling 60 rings, the water pressure increases slowly, and the final water pressure after the tunnel is through is lower than the theoretical hydrostatic pressure. The measured value of soil pressure of segment structure is smaller than the theoretical value, which reflects the joint action of grouting layer and formation soil and water pressure on the main body of the structure, and the stabilization of the internal force of the segment structure takes a long time, and the maximum internal force value appears after the tunnel is through. The comparison and analysis of the measured values and the theoretical calculated values of the internal forces of the segment structure show that, when the load-structure model is applied to the analysis of the internal forces of the segment structures, if the load is calculated by the soil and water calculation method, the effect of the formation expansion force should not be considered.
