波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁的受力性能研究

【摘要】:波紋鋼腹板體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁是一種新的橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)形式,它由混凝土頂?shù)装、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋和波紋鋼腹板三者構(gòu)成的組合結(jié)構(gòu),可以有效地改善梁的力學(xué)性能。近年來,許多橋梁中都采用了波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式,,但是波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁的力學(xué)性能仍然比較少。因此,論文對波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁的受力性能進(jìn)行研究具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章在大量查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料后,總結(jié)了波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁的發(fā)展歷史及研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁的相關(guān)計(jì)算理論。通過建立有限元計(jì)算模型,對波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁的抗彎性能進(jìn)行了分析,對抗剪性能的相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行了較為深入的研究。 研究表明,波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁的彎曲正應(yīng)變在梁高方向的分布符合“擬平截面假定”,彎曲正應(yīng)力在橫橋向的分布存在明顯的剪力滯現(xiàn)象。在抗剪方面,鋼腹板的抗剪承載力會隨著板厚度、斜板傾角的增大而增大,波高、直板段寬度、梁高的增大會降低波紋鋼腹板的抗剪承載力,其中梁高是控制鋼腹板抗剪承載力的關(guān)鍵因素。論文得出的波紋鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力箱梁在抗彎、抗剪方面的相關(guān)結(jié)論可以在該橋型的設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行參考。
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web external prestressed concrete box girder is a new type of bridge structure, which is composed of concrete top and bottom slab, prestressed tendons and corrugated steel webs, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of the beam. In recent years, corrugated steel web prestressed box girder is used in many bridges, but the mechanical properties of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder are still few. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the mechanical behavior of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder. In this paper, the development history and research status of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder are summarized, and the calculation theory of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder is introduced. The bending behavior of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder is analyzed by establishing the finite element model. The results show that the distribution of normal bending strain in the high direction of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder conforms to the "pseudo-plane section assumption", and the distribution of bending normal stress in the transverse direction of the bridge has obvious shear lag phenomenon. In the aspect of shear resistance, the shear bearing capacity of steel web will increase with the thickness of plate and inclined angle of inclined plate. The increase of wave height, width of straight plate and beam height will reduce the shear capacity of corrugated steel web. The beam height is the key factor to control the shear capacity of steel web. The conclusions of corrugated steel web prestressed box girder in bending and shear resistance can be used for reference in the design of the bridge.
