巖溶地區(qū)復(fù)雜條件下隧道綜合施工技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:The tunnel of Malazhai railway in Shanghai and Kunming developed through karst, rich in groundwater, rich in clay minerals, breccia layer rich in clay minerals, large excavation section, large deformation and poor stability of basement, and the construction difficulty and risk was very great. By using FLAC3D software, numerical simulation is carried out on the reinforcement effects such as comprehensive advance support of large pipe shed and small pipe grouting, reinforcement of longitudinal beam with arch foot and temporary inverted arch on middle step, according to the surrounding displacement of tunnel. The comprehensive analysis of the extrusion deformation and the stress state of the support structure is used to select the comprehensive reinforcement measures of the tunnel, and on this basis, it is analyzed that the tunnel basement has different exciting frequencies. The dynamic response of train dynamic load to post-construction settlement and vibration of tunnel foundation without pile-raft foundation. The results show that the maximum settlement and the maximum vibration velocity of the raft at the bottom of the tunnel can meet the requirements of comprehensive reinforcement measures and pile-raft foundation, and the foundation of the tunnel is stable for a long time, which can provide a guarantee for the safety of the later operation of the tunnel. The conclusions can be used for reference in the design, construction and research of similar tunnels.
