福安市停車誘導(dǎo)信息系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the increasing updating of science and technology, the number of motor vehicles held by citizens is increasing day by day. Because of historical and economic reasons, most small and medium-sized cities have weak road traffic facilities and lagged development. The traffic jam caused by the serious shortage of traffic demand between the pace of traffic facilities construction and the growth of traffic development demand, the high incidence of traffic accidents and other problems have become increasingly prominent. How to alleviate traffic overload effectively to improve the efficiency of transportation facilities, how to optimize the scientific nature of transportation system, achieve energy saving and emission reduction, has become an important subject of traffic management research. Parking guidance system (PGIS) emerged as the times require and has been widely used in many large cities. The main causes of the problems such as backward traffic facilities, rapid growth of motor vehicles, unscientific traffic management mode and uneven quality of citizens are the main causes of urban road traffic congestion, travel difficulties, parking difficulties and so on. At present, urban planning land is limited, large-scale construction and perfect transportation facilities are obviously impractical and difficult. Therefore, establishing and perfecting traffic system and parking guidance system is the best way to alleviate urban traffic problems. Taking Fu'an City as an example, the economy of Fu'an City has developed rapidly in recent years, other public infrastructure facilities in the city have developed rapidly, and the quality of life of the citizens has been improved day by day. However, the urban area of Fu'an is less than 10 square kilometers, the population of the city is about 230000, the density of population is very high, and the traffic problem is becoming more and more serious. The intelligent construction of parking lot and the construction of parking guidance information system are indispensable links of electronic traffic system under the information environment. Referring to a large number of literature on parking guidance system design at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the parking guidance system at home and abroad, and visits Beijing, Shanghai, Fuzhou, Xiamen and other large and medium-sized cities. More comprehensive understanding of the parking guidance system in various cities. Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the traffic situation and regional characteristics in Fuan City, the design ideas and application cases of some advanced parking guidance information systems are integrated. The construction scheme of parking guidance information system in Fuan city is designed. The design scheme determines the object of parking guidance information release, classifies the existing parking lot and the parking guidance area effectively, and makes use of the third generation mobile network. Design through the electronic commerce platform based on mobile terminal equipment to release parking guidance information LBS guidance release; the roadside variable guidance information display screen design; the location of the variable information display panel installation, display mode, The layout size and character design were designed scientifically. The design synthetically utilizes the research results of the advanced parking lot guidance information system in large, medium and small cities at present, and combines with the regional facts, it has a strong reality for the traffic management and the urban transportation infrastructure construction of such county-level cities as Fu'an. Guidance and maneuverability.
