全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:公路是經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,近年來,隨著通車?yán)锍痰牟粩嘣黾,許多地區(qū)已掀起了低碳公路的建設(shè)熱潮,但如何建設(shè)低碳公路,如何對(duì)全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)的主要影響指標(biāo)以及評(píng)價(jià)方法依然有很多問題亟待解決。 本文針對(duì)公路碳評(píng)價(jià)方法,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀分析研究及查閱大量的文獻(xiàn),建立了全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。對(duì)于指標(biāo)體系中能夠定量計(jì)算的指標(biāo),通過分析全壽命周期公路的各個(gè)階段,即規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)期、建設(shè)期、運(yùn)營期、維養(yǎng)期對(duì)公路碳排放量的影響,建立了全壽命周期公路碳計(jì)量模型,使用該模型對(duì)全壽命周期公路的碳排放量進(jìn)行定量計(jì)算。而對(duì)于定性指標(biāo),則采用專家評(píng)估的方法將指標(biāo)定量化。對(duì)于全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)體系中指標(biāo)權(quán)重的確定采用基于“功能驅(qū)動(dòng)”原理的主觀賦權(quán)值法和基于“差異驅(qū)動(dòng)”原理的客觀賦權(quán)值法相結(jié)合的綜合集成賦權(quán)法,這種賦權(quán)值的方法體現(xiàn)了客觀數(shù)據(jù)的信息和主觀信息,使權(quán)重確定結(jié)果更加合理。由于全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目中存在著很多不相容的問題,而指標(biāo)的取值相對(duì)比較少,因此本文根據(jù)灰色物元模型,,采用信息熵、灰色理論以及物元理論相結(jié)合的方法建立了基于信息熵的灰色物元評(píng)價(jià)模型,根據(jù)該模型建立了全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)模型。 由于全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)模型較為復(fù)雜,而且對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)采用基于信息熵的評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行分析更是計(jì)算復(fù)雜,所以利用面向?qū)ο蟮目梢暬幊陶Z言Visual Basic.Net開發(fā)研制了全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)。將評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到G307渤海新區(qū)黃驊市繞城項(xiàng)目,針對(duì)瀝青砼路面和水泥砼路面的不同,對(duì)全壽命周期公路碳評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)例研究。通過對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用,充分體現(xiàn)了評(píng)價(jià)模型和評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)具有較大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Highway is the infrastructure of economic and social development. In recent years, with the increasing mileage of traffic, there has been a upsurge in the construction of low-carbon highway in many areas, but how to build low-carbon highway, There are still many problems to be solved urgently how to evaluate the main impact indexes and evaluation methods of the whole life cycle highway carbon. In this paper, according to the road carbon evaluation method, through the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status and consulting a large number of documents, a whole life cycle road carbon evaluation index system is established. For the indexes that can be calculated quantitatively in the index system, by analyzing the influence of every stage of the whole life cycle highway, that is, the period of planning and design, the period of construction, the period of operation, the period of maintenance and maintenance, on the carbon emission of highway, The carbon metering model of the whole life cycle highway is established, and the carbon emission of the whole life cycle road is calculated quantitatively by using the model. For qualitative indicators, the method of expert evaluation is used to quantify the indicators. For the determination of index weight in the whole life cycle road carbon evaluation system, the integrated weighting method based on "function driven" principle and objective weight value method based on "difference drive" principle is adopted. The method of weighting value embodies the information of objective data and subjective information and makes the result of weight determination more reasonable. Because there are a lot of incompatible problems in the whole life cycle highway carbon evaluation project, and the index value is relatively few, so according to the grey matter element model, the information entropy is adopted in this paper. A grey matter-element evaluation model based on information entropy is established by combining grey theory with matter-element theory. According to this model, a life-cycle road carbon evaluation model is established. Because of the complexity of the carbon evaluation model of the whole life cycle highway, the analysis of the evaluation index based on the information entropy is more complicated. So the whole life cycle highway carbon evaluation system is developed by using object-oriented visual programming language Visual Basic.Net. The evaluation system is applied to the Huanghua City Roundabout Project in G307 Bohai Sea New area. Aiming at the difference between asphalt concrete pavement and cement concrete pavement, the carbon evaluation system of the whole life cycle highway is studied. Through the application of the evaluation system, the evaluation model and the evaluation system have great practical value.
