新疆地區(qū)公路建設(shè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:地方公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是在國家現(xiàn)有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系的前提下,為了更好地服務(wù)地方公路建設(shè)而修編的用于指導(dǎo)地方公路建設(shè)的依據(jù)。 論文根據(jù)新疆地區(qū)的特點(diǎn)對公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、科研成果展開分析,首先通過系統(tǒng)分析《公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》包含的基礎(chǔ)勘測類、路線設(shè)計(jì)類、交通工程類、交通安全類、環(huán)境保護(hù)類、路基類、路面類以及橋涵隧道類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范細(xì)則,結(jié)合新疆地區(qū)的道路、交通、環(huán)境、氣象實(shí)際特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了新疆地區(qū)公路建設(shè)調(diào)研問卷,并通過SPSS軟件分析了問卷的信度。通過問卷的對比分析,提出了新疆地區(qū)公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)需編明細(xì)。 其次,通過對各省地方公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、新疆地區(qū)公路建設(shè)的相關(guān)科研成果分析,從先進(jìn)性、適用性、協(xié)調(diào)性等方面提出鹽漬土地區(qū)公路修筑和沙漠地區(qū)公路選線及線形參數(shù)研究的科研成果可納入新疆地區(qū)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)體系中。 再次,本著體現(xiàn)地方區(qū)域特色、與時俱進(jìn)、體系完整的原則,構(gòu)建了新疆地區(qū)地方公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系框架。結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用相對熵的原理計(jì)算出各個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修編的效用值,采用數(shù)量級特點(diǎn)確定了該地區(qū)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)劃序列。同時應(yīng)用貝葉斯判別分析方法,,建立了貝葉斯線性判別模型,并借助SPSS分析軟件,構(gòu)建了公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修編規(guī)劃序列模型,最終綜合考慮輕重緩急,分析出了新疆地區(qū)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修編規(guī)劃序列。 成果的應(yīng)用將提高新疆地區(qū)公路建設(shè)水平,對全國地方公路工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的建設(shè)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文得到新疆自治區(qū)交通運(yùn)輸廳科技計(jì)劃的支持。
[Abstract]:The technical standard of local highway engineering is the basis for guiding the construction of local highway under the premise of the existing national standard system and in order to better serve the local highway construction. According to the characteristics of Xinjiang, the paper analyzes the technical standards, local standards and scientific research achievements of highway engineering. Firstly, the basic survey, route design and traffic engineering are systematically analyzed. Road safety, environmental protection, roadbed, pavement and bridge, culvert, tunnel, and the actual characteristics of roads, traffic, environment and meteorology in Xinjiang region are combined to design the survey questionnaire of highway construction in Xinjiang. The reliability of the questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS software. Through the comparative analysis of the questionnaire, the paper puts forward that the technical standard of highway engineering in Xinjiang area should be compiled and detailed. Secondly, through the analysis of the technical standards of local highway engineering in various provinces and the related scientific research results of highway construction in Xinjiang, from the perspective of advanced nature and applicability, In terms of coordination, it is suggested that the scientific research results of highway construction in saline soil area and highway route selection and alignment parameters in desert area can be incorporated into the local standard technical system in Xinjiang. Thirdly, based on the principle of reflecting the local regional characteristics, advancing with the times and the integrity of the system, the framework of the technical standard system for local highway engineering in Xinjiang is constructed. Combined with the field investigation data, the utility value of each standard revision is calculated by applying the principle of relative entropy, and the local standard planning sequence in this area is determined by the order of magnitude characteristic. At the same time, the Bayesian linear discriminant model is established by using Bayesian discriminant analysis method. With the help of SPSS analysis software, the planning sequence model of highway engineering technical standard revision is constructed. The planning sequence of local standard revision in Xinjiang is analyzed. The application of the results will improve the level of highway construction in Xinjiang area and have practical significance for the construction of national local highway engineering standards.
