基于GIS和超效率DEA方法的常規(guī)公交線路評價

【摘要】:隨著我國城市化和機動化的進展,城市機動車保有量呈幾何級數(shù)增長,城市交通擁堵日趨嚴重,優(yōu)先發(fā)展公共交通已上升為國家層面的策略。而當前我國多數(shù)公交出行率較低,與歐美等發(fā)達國家的大城市相比還有著較大差距。如何提高城市公交吸引力,引導居民選擇公交出行是一項難題。因而,,有必要建立一套符合我國城市公交發(fā)展需求、能夠為公交發(fā)展提供指導性建議的公交評價體系。 本文主要建立針對公交線路的評價體系和方法。相比較于對整個城市公交系統(tǒng)進行綜合評價,對具體公交線路的評價則更具有針對性。同時,鑒于目前尚沒有一個關于公交線路優(yōu)劣的公認標準,以若干公交評價指標的實際數(shù)值對公交線路進行評價均過于主觀化。本文采用相對評價方法,對公交線路的相對優(yōu)劣程度進行評價,并基于評價結果對現(xiàn)有公交線路進行歸類,篩選出在一個或多個方面表現(xiàn)欠優(yōu)的線路,并基于歸類結果,對具體公交線路提出有針對性的優(yōu)化建議。 本文從公交規(guī)劃、公交運營及服務三個方面,分別建立多個下級評價指標,并引入GIS空間評價工具,利用公交IC卡數(shù)據(jù)、公交GPS數(shù)據(jù)及出租車GPS數(shù)據(jù)對指標進行評價。建立起基于超效率DEA模型的公交線路單因素評價模型,以及基于AHP/超效率DEA模型的公交線路綜合評價體系,對現(xiàn)有公交線路各方面表現(xiàn)狀況進行評價分析,并提出有針對性的指導意見。 本文以深圳市為評價實例,對所構建的評價體系和方法進行檢驗,得出較為合理的分析結果,進一步證明了研究成果的正確性
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization and motorization in China, the number of urban motor vehicles is increasing in geometric order, and the traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious. The priority of developing public transportation has become a national strategy. At present, most of the public transport travel rate in China is relatively low, and there is still a big gap compared with the big cities in developed countries such as Europe and America. How to improve the attractiveness of urban public transport and guide residents to choose public transportation is a difficult problem. Therefore, it is necessary to set up a set of public transport evaluation system which can meet the needs of the development of urban public transport in China and can provide guidance and advice for the development of public transport. This article mainly establishes the appraisal system and the method for the public transportation line. Compared with the comprehensive evaluation of the whole urban public transport system, the evaluation of specific bus routes is more targeted. At the same time, in view of the fact that there is still no accepted standard on the bus route, it is too subjective to evaluate the bus route with the actual value of several public transport evaluation indexes. In this paper, relative evaluation method is used to evaluate the relative advantages and disadvantages of public transport lines. Based on the evaluation results, the existing bus lines are classified, and the lines with poor performance in one or more aspects are selected, and based on the classification results. The specific bus route optimization suggestions are put forward. From three aspects of public transportation planning, bus operation and service, this paper establishes several lower evaluation indexes, and introduces GIS spatial evaluation tool to evaluate the index by using bus IC card data, bus GPS data and taxi GPS data. A single factor evaluation model based on super-efficiency DEA model and a comprehensive evaluation system based on AHP- / super-efficiency DEA model are established to evaluate and analyze the performance of existing public transport lines. And put forward targeted guidance. Taking Shenzhen City as an example, this paper tests the evaluation system and method, and obtains more reasonable analysis results, which further proves the correctness of the research results.
