考慮制動器溫度的連續(xù)長大下坡縱坡設(shè)計(jì)方法

【摘要】:為提升連續(xù)長大下坡路段安全水平,研究一種基于制動器溫度的縱坡設(shè)計(jì)方法.以7個(gè)典型連續(xù)長大下坡路段為研究對象,分析了下坡速度、車輛總質(zhì)量對特定連續(xù)長大下坡路段貨車制動器溫度的影響.并以車輛到達(dá)連續(xù)長大下坡終點(diǎn)的制動器溫度、制動器溫度達(dá)到200℃和260℃時(shí)距連續(xù)長大下坡起點(diǎn)的距離為特征值,分析了采用等效平均縱坡單一坡度和設(shè)置緩坡兩種展線形式對貨車制動器溫度的影響,提出了連續(xù)長大下坡路段區(qū)段劃分量化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和縱坡設(shè)計(jì)建議.研究表明:從降低貨車制動器溫度角度考慮,連續(xù)長大下坡路段應(yīng)盡可能采用單一坡度展線,相鄰坡段采用不同縱坡坡度時(shí)坡差不宜過大,特別是下部區(qū)段.
