【摘要】：隨著社會進步和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,質量在社會生活中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。整個施工現(xiàn)場管理各環(huán)節(jié)和流程中,建設工程質量管理是一項復雜而系統(tǒng)的工程,整個環(huán)節(jié)中涉及單位、人員、部門等多個影響因素。因此,如何在已有條件下,加強和改善建設工程質量管理,創(chuàng)造一個良好、高效的運轉環(huán)境和施工條件,提高施工人員素質和責任意識,強化管理方式,有效提高工程質量,將建設工程質量管理這項工作落到實處,是當前的一個熱門話題。本文以DS橋梁建設工程項目作為研究對象,應用文獻研究方法、比較分析方法、調查分析方法,定性分析與定量分析相結合,結合管理質量理論和DS橋梁建設工程項目實踐,全面分析該工程施工過程中存在的主要問題,提出解決該工程施工質量管理的措施。 本文內容的安排如下：第一章主要陳述論文選題背景、意義,研究思路和方法、國內外建設工程質量管理研究進展；第二章主要介紹工程質量管理研究的相關概念和理論,重點介紹了IS09000族質量管理體系；第三章分析了DS橋梁工程項目質量管理體系設計概況；第四章介紹DS橋梁工程項目質量管理體系實施的具體措施；第五章文章提出了DS橋梁工程項目質量管理體系實施中存在的問題及其解決方式。文章以提高質量管理為目標,以提高管理為原則,提出了工程質量管理體系的具體方案。同時,為了減少質量低劣情況發(fā)生,對施工過程中進行事前控制、事中分析、事后管理,并不斷完善工程質量控制體系,對檢驗管理等流程進行改進。DS橋梁工程項目質量管理體系設計成功地提出了解決大懸臂斜腹板連續(xù)箱梁混凝土項目的方案,工程質量管理達到了預期效果,并且在社會上取得了比較好的反響。
[Abstract]:With social progress and economic development, quality is playing a more and more important role in social life. In the whole construction site management each link and the flow, the construction project quality management is a complex and systematic project, the entire link involves the unit, the personnel, the department and so on many influence factors. Therefore, under the existing conditions, how to strengthen and improve the quality management of construction projects, create a good and efficient operating environment and construction conditions, improve the quality and responsibility of the construction personnel, strengthen the management mode, and effectively improve the quality of the project. It is a hot topic to carry out the construction project quality management. This article takes DS bridge construction project as the research object, applies the literature research method, the comparison analysis method, the investigation analysis method, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, unifies the management quality theory and the DS bridge construction project practice. This paper analyzes on the main problems existing in the construction process of the project, and puts forward some measures to solve the construction quality management of the project. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first chapter mainly describes the background, significance, research ideas and methods, domestic and foreign construction project quality management research progress; the second chapter mainly introduces the concept and theory of project quality management research. This paper mainly introduces the IS09000 family quality management system, the third chapter analyzes the general situation of DS bridge project quality management system design, the fourth chapter introduces the concrete measures of DS bridge project quality management system implementation. The fifth chapter puts forward the problems and solutions in the implementation of DS bridge project quality management system. Aiming at improving the quality management, the paper puts forward the concrete scheme of the project quality management system based on the principle of improving the quality management. At the same time, in order to reduce the occurrence of inferior quality, prior control, analysis, management and improvement of engineering quality control system are carried out in the construction process. The design of the quality management system of the bridge project is improved. The scheme of solving the concrete project of continuous box girder with large cantilever inclined web plate is put forward successfully, and the project quality management achieves the expected effect. And in the community has achieved a relatively good response.
