基于健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的青草背長江大橋構(gòu)件承載能力研究

【摘要】:由于橋梁在設(shè)計和施工質(zhì)量的缺陷以及在早期修建中普遍存在的承載等級不夠等多方面的原因,使得許多的在役橋梁在安全性和正常使用功能上有著不同程度的隱患與缺陷。因此,對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力的評估就顯得十分有必要。而20世紀(jì)以來,對在役橋梁進行實時監(jiān)測則是橋梁工程領(lǐng)域的主要努力目標(biāo)之一。當(dāng)然,將健康監(jiān)測引入橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力評估一直以來都是一個難題,由于健康監(jiān)測沒有行業(yè)通用規(guī)范,盡管目前橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力評估方法眾多,但距離通用性的目標(biāo)還有差距。 本文依托重慶涪陵青草背長江大橋健康監(jiān)測項目,將健康監(jiān)測與橋梁檢測進行結(jié)合,以青草背長江大橋健康監(jiān)測靜力性能指標(biāo)為依據(jù),從行業(yè)推薦性規(guī)范入手,對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力評估方法進行新的探討,以此對青草背長江大橋主梁主塔主纜吊索等主要結(jié)構(gòu)進行承載能力評估。具體工作如下: ①運用統(tǒng)計模式分析方法對實時監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行分析,找到外界荷載對結(jié)構(gòu)受力與變位改變的影響規(guī)律,包括主梁應(yīng)變與位移,主塔應(yīng)變與位移,,吊索索力,錨跨索力等主要靜力性能指標(biāo)。 ②采用有限元軟件Midas/civil2010建立青草背長江大橋計算模型,計算出結(jié)構(gòu)在各種荷載效應(yīng)組合下的受力情況,結(jié)合溫差效應(yīng)影響分析,總結(jié)出健康監(jiān)測傳感器監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)閥值,并將其作為承載能力評估的理論值。 ③結(jié)合健康監(jiān)測實測數(shù)據(jù)與模型理論計算數(shù)據(jù),將實測應(yīng)力與理論應(yīng)力的比值作為應(yīng)力校驗系數(shù),將實測位移與理論位移的比值作為位移校驗系數(shù),從而利用以上兩校驗系數(shù)對大橋主梁、主塔的關(guān)鍵測點強度、剛度進行評估。 ④利用吊索、錨跨索的索力偏差率作為依據(jù),擬定針對青草背長江大橋的索力評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合相關(guān)規(guī)范依據(jù),對吊索、主纜承載能力進行評估。 ⑤根據(jù)健康監(jiān)測實時監(jiān)測結(jié)果,結(jié)合相關(guān)規(guī)范條文,擬定針對青草背長江大橋的承載能力評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相應(yīng)的管養(yǎng)維護建議。
[Abstract]:Due to the defects of the design and construction quality of the bridge and the insufficient bearing capacity in the early construction, many existing bridges have different degrees of hidden trouble and defects in safety and normal use function. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the bearing capacity of bridge structure. Since the 20th century, real-time monitoring of existing bridges has been one of the main goals in the field of bridge engineering. Of course, it has always been a difficult problem to introduce health monitoring into the assessment of the bearing capacity of bridge structure. Because there is no general industry standard for health monitoring, although there are many methods for evaluating the bearing capacity of bridge structure at present, But there is still a gap from the goal of universality. Based on the health monitoring project of Qingcaobei Yangtze River Bridge in Fuling, Chongqing, this paper combines health monitoring with bridge detection, based on the static performance index of Qingcaobei Yangtze River Bridge, and starts with industry recommended specifications. In order to evaluate the bearing capacity of the main girder main tower and cable of the Qingcao-back Yangtze River Bridge, a new approach is made to evaluate the bearing capacity of the bridge structure. The main works are as follows: 1 the real-time monitoring data are analyzed by statistical model analysis method, and the influence of external loads on the structural stress and displacement is found, including the strain and displacement of the main beam, the strain and displacement of the main tower. The main static performance indexes such as cable suspension force, anchor span cable force, etc. (2) the calculation model of Qingcao back Yangtze River Bridge is established by using the finite element software Midas / civil 2010, and the stress situation of the structure under various load effects is calculated. Combined with the analysis of the effect of temperature difference, the threshold value of monitoring data of health monitoring sensor is summarized, which is regarded as the theoretical value of carrying capacity assessment. 3 combined with the measured data of health monitoring and the theoretical calculation data of model, The ratio of measured stress to theoretical stress is taken as stress check coefficient, and the ratio of measured displacement to theoretical displacement is taken as displacement check coefficient. 4. Based on the deviation rate of cable force of sling and anchor span cable, the evaluation standard of cable force for Qingcao-back Yangtze River Bridge is drawn up. 5 according to the results of real-time monitoring of health monitoring, combined with the relevant specifications, the evaluation criteria for the carrying capacity of the Qingcao-back Yangtze River Bridge and the corresponding management and maintenance suggestions are proposed.
