【摘要】：施工階段的質(zhì)量管理和安全管理通常是分別實(shí)施的,基于這一點(diǎn),本文從新的視角,提出將兩者結(jié)合起來(lái),形成一體化管理,并結(jié)合CH高速公路項(xiàng)目路基施工現(xiàn)狀,提出實(shí)施質(zhì)量安全管理的具體措施。 論文總結(jié)分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于工程質(zhì)量管理和安全管理的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目概括進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)述,包括項(xiàng)目總體概況、路基工程施工內(nèi)容、環(huán)境、特點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)等,提出該論文的研究重點(diǎn)；基于質(zhì)量與安全的緊密關(guān)系,提出路基施工質(zhì)量安全管理的新涵義,將質(zhì)量管理和安全管理工作結(jié)合起來(lái),以實(shí)現(xiàn)路基工程施工質(zhì)量、安全的一體化管理；結(jié)合CH項(xiàng)目,建立路基施工質(zhì)量安全的保證體系和控制措施。從組織上,成立專門(mén)的質(zhì)量安全管理部,將管理工作更專業(yè)化、集中化；建立質(zhì)量安全管理制度和流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量安全管理的規(guī)范化、程序化；從技術(shù)上,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè),對(duì)可能誘發(fā)質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題的各項(xiàng)工序進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)控制,建立全面的質(zhì)量安全管理策略。 本文結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理和安全管理進(jìn)行研究和分析,為路基工程施工質(zhì)量安全管理的改進(jìn)提供了新的思路,通過(guò)提出質(zhì)量安全保證體系和控制措施,不僅有效指導(dǎo)了CH項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量安全管理,也為其它高速公路工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量安全管理提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The quality management and safety management in construction stage are usually implemented separately. Based on this, this paper puts forward to combine the two aspects from a new angle of view to form an integrated management, and combine with the current construction situation of the subgrade of Ch expressway project. The concrete measures of implementing quality safety management are put forward. This paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant literatures of domestic and foreign scholars on engineering quality management and safety management, and summarizes the project, including the general situation of the project, the construction content of subgrade engineering, the environment, the characteristics and difficulties, etc. Based on the close relationship between quality and safety, the new meaning of quality and safety management of subgrade construction is put forward, and the quality management and safety management are combined to realize the construction quality of subgrade engineering. The integrated management of safety and the establishment of quality and safety assurance system and control measures of subgrade construction combined with Ch project. Organizationally, a special department of quality and safety management will be set up to make the management work more specialized and centralized; to establish a quality and safety management system and process to standardize and program the quality and safety management; and technically, to combine with on-site operations, Focus on the quality and safety problems and establish a comprehensive quality and safety management strategy. Based on the research and analysis of quality management and safety management, this paper provides a new idea for the improvement of quality and safety management of subgrade engineering construction, and puts forward the quality and safety assurance system and control measures. It not only effectively guides the quality and safety management of Ch project, but also provides reference for the quality and safety management of other expressway construction projects.
