基于出口箱隨機到達碼頭的車船直取裝船作業(yè)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:基于出口箱隨機到達碼頭的集港模式,針對后續(xù)送達的出口箱提出車船直取的裝船序列優(yōu)化模型.在后續(xù)送達的出口箱的到港時間與裝船時間相近情況下,權衡外集卡進入碼頭堆場的裝卸與運送成本和車船直取產(chǎn)生的等待成本,以車船直取比例最大為目標,對出口箱的裝船序列進行優(yōu)化.為進行數(shù)值試驗,設計啟發(fā)式求解算法,并基于錦州港的出口箱隨機集港的實際觀測數(shù)據(jù)進行求解計算.結果表明,針對后續(xù)送達碼頭的出口箱實施車船直取裝船作業(yè)可以有效減少出口箱在碼頭堆場的費用,提高碼頭整體的作業(yè)效率.
[Abstract]:Based on the port collecting mode of random arrival of export boxes, an optimal loading sequence model for the subsequent delivery of export boxes is proposed. Under the condition that the arrival time of the export box for subsequent service is close to the loading time, the loading and unloading cost of the external collecting card entering the terminal yard and the waiting cost caused by the vehicle and ship direct collection are weighed, and the maximum proportion of the vehicle and ship direct extraction is the goal. The loading sequence of export box is optimized. In order to carry on the numerical experiment, the heuristic algorithm is designed, and based on the actual observation data of the exit box of Jinzhou Port, the calculation is carried out. The results show that the direct loading and unloading of vehicle and ship can effectively reduce the cost of the export box in the terminal yard and improve the working efficiency of the whole wharf.
