吸波瀝青混合料的制備與性能研究

【摘要】:微波除冰雪具有環(huán)保、快捷、除冰雪徹底等優(yōu)點(diǎn),是近些年來研究者們提出的一種新型道路除冰雪技術(shù)。但是由于普通瀝青混合料對微波的吸收發(fā)熱效果不好,導(dǎo)致微波除冰雪效率低,不能在實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用。本文提出將對微波具有極強(qiáng)吸收發(fā)熱能力的磁鐵礦石替代瀝青混合料中石灰?guī)r集料,以提高瀝青路面的吸波發(fā)熱能力,從而提高微波除冰雪效率。 通過粘附性試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)磁鐵礦和石灰?guī)r與瀝青的粘附性等級均為5級,但是在凍融循環(huán)和延長加熱時間后,磁鐵礦表面的瀝青剝落明顯比石灰?guī)r的嚴(yán)重。磁鐵礦瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性也不如石灰?guī)r瀝青混合料,通過加入一定量的消石灰能夠改善磁鐵礦瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性,,消石灰摻量視磁鐵礦含量而定。 通過路用性能試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)未加消石灰時,磁鐵礦瀝青混合料高溫穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于石灰?guī)r瀝青混合料,水穩(wěn)定性明顯降低,低溫抗裂性有所降低;摻加消石灰后,磁鐵礦瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性和水穩(wěn)定性都明顯提高,低溫抗裂性無明顯變化。 通過微波加熱試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)微波加熱30s后瀝青溫度升高0.6℃,礦粉溫度升高17.1℃,石灰?guī)r集料溫度升高16.5℃,磁鐵礦集料溫度升高210.6℃。磁鐵礦集料的發(fā)熱速率是石灰?guī)r集料的12.8倍,集料的粒徑對發(fā)熱速率無影響。 通過軟件仿真模擬,得出:磁鐵礦集料含量越高,微波除冰時間越短;環(huán)境溫度越低,微波除冰時間越長,結(jié)合處溫度上升速率越快;冰層厚度對微波除冰時間的影響不大,平均每增加0.01m厚的冰層,微波除冰時間延長0.3s。
[Abstract]:Microwave removal of snow and ice has the advantages of environmental protection, rapidity and thorough removal of ice and snow. It is a new way to remove ice and snow proposed by researchers in recent years. However, due to the poor absorption and heating effect of ordinary asphalt mixture to microwave, microwave can not be used in practice because of its low efficiency of ice and snow removal. In this paper, the magnetite with extremely strong heat absorption ability for microwave is put forward to replace the limestone aggregate in the asphalt mixture in order to improve the absorbing heat capacity of asphalt pavement and improve the efficiency of microwave snow and ice removal. It is found that the adhesion grade of magnetite and limestone to asphalt is 5 grade, but after freeze-thaw cycle and prolonging heating time, bitumen flaking on magnetite surface is obviously more serious than that of limestone. The water stability of magnetite asphalt mixture is also lower than that of limestone asphalt mixture. The water stability of magnetite asphalt mixture can be improved by adding a certain amount of quicklime, and the content of quicklime depends on the content of magnetite. Through road performance test, it is found that the high temperature stability of magnetite asphalt mixture is better than that of limestone asphalt mixture without adding quicklime, the water stability is obviously reduced, and the low temperature crack resistance is decreased. The high temperature stability and water stability of magnetite asphalt mixture are improved obviously, but the low temperature crack resistance is not changed obviously. Through microwave heating test, it is found that the temperature of asphalt increases 0.6 鈩
