【摘要】:高鐵大大節(jié)省了旅客的在途時間,誘增了大量的短途自助游客流。然而,由于現(xiàn)有的公路旅游客運(yùn)班線與高鐵缺少有效銜接,造成了旅客大量不必要的延誤。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)與高鐵的無縫銜接,促進(jìn)整體運(yùn)輸效率提升是當(dāng)前急需解決的問題。本文針對高鐵游客流,就公路客運(yùn)銜接網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)展開研究,具有較好的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文通過對高鐵游游客的出行特性進(jìn)行調(diào)查,明確了旅客在個人屬性、出行特性及對服務(wù)屬性要求等方面存在的規(guī)律性。通過對國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有旅游客運(yùn)組織形式的總結(jié),對高鐵-公路旅游客運(yùn)銜接網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)的必要性進(jìn)行分析。在現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用多種方法預(yù)測未來年高鐵客運(yùn)量,綜合考慮現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢,對高鐵-公路旅游銜接客運(yùn)最進(jìn)行預(yù)測,得到未來年從高鐵站到旅游景區(qū)的出行分布矩陣。運(yùn)用雙層規(guī)劃構(gòu)建高鐵-公路旅游客運(yùn)銜接網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)模型,上層以旅客的廣義出行費(fèi)用及公路客運(yùn)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營收入為目標(biāo)函數(shù),下層為基于頻率的客流分配,并采遺傳算法求解。為降低計(jì)算復(fù)雜性,在對所有景區(qū)進(jìn)行分類的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建含備選路線及備選節(jié)點(diǎn)的路線集。以武廣高鐵湖南段為例進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,得到公路旅游客運(yùn)銜接網(wǎng)絡(luò)及每條路線的發(fā)車頻率。本文所提出的客運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)銜接方法,不僅為公路旅游客運(yùn)優(yōu)化線路資源,培育新的利潤增長點(diǎn)提供依據(jù),而且可為公路客運(yùn)行業(yè)管理部門進(jìn)行客運(yùn)班線行政許可提供新思路。
[Abstract]:High-speed rail greatly saves passengers time on the way, and induces a large number of short-distance self-help tourists. However, due to the lack of effective connection between the existing road passenger transport lines and high-speed rail, there are a large number of unnecessary delays. How to realize the seamless connection with high-speed rail and promote the overall transportation efficiency is an urgent problem. In this paper, the design of highway passenger transport connection network is studied, which has good theoretical and practical significance. By investigating the travel characteristics of high-speed rail tourists, this paper clarifies the regularity of travelers in personal attributes, travel characteristics and requirements for service attributes and so on. This paper analyzes the necessity of the design of high-speed rail and highway passenger transport connection network through the summary of the existing tourist passenger transport organization in China. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation, using various methods to forecast the passenger volume of high-speed rail in the next year, and considering the present situation and the future development trend, the author forecasts the passenger transport link between high-speed rail and highway tourism. The travel distribution matrix from high-speed railway station to scenic spot is obtained in the future. The design model of high-speed rail and highway tourism passenger transport connection network is constructed by using bilevel programming. The upper level takes the general travel expenses of passengers and the operating income of highway passenger transport enterprises as the objective function, and the lower level is the passenger flow distribution based on frequency. Genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. In order to reduce the computational complexity, based on the classification of all scenic spots, the route sets including alternative routes and alternative nodes are constructed. Taking the Hunan section of Wu-Guang high-speed railway as an example, the frequency of passenger transport connection network and the departure frequency of each route are obtained. The connecting method of passenger transport network proposed in this paper not only provides the basis for optimizing route resources and cultivating new profit growth points for highway passenger transport, but also provides a new way of thinking for the administrative license of passenger transport line in the management department of highway passenger transport industry.
