斜拉橋施工過(guò)程智能安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)橋梁施工事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,橋梁施工過(guò)程的安全隱患備受關(guān)注。怎樣提前預(yù)測(cè)危險(xiǎn)因素,避免事故的發(fā)生,是擺在橋梁建設(shè)者面前的一個(gè)難題。本文以斜拉橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,對(duì)斜拉橋施工過(guò)程的安全預(yù)警理論及智能預(yù)警技術(shù)展開(kāi)研究。主要研究成果如下: (1)詳細(xì)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了最近二十多年來(lái)發(fā)生的典型橋梁事故,,總結(jié)橋梁事故的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)生的原因;分析經(jīng)典的事故致因理論,將橋梁施工事故的原因歸納為人、物、環(huán)境、管理四個(gè)方面;通過(guò)幾例經(jīng)典的斜拉橋施工事故,提出了減少橋梁施工事故的對(duì)策。 (2)建立斜拉橋施工過(guò)程智能安全預(yù)警理論,提出了預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的任務(wù)目標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)的功能和組成內(nèi)容;形成預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的工作流程;構(gòu)建了預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系,包括預(yù)警指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的原則、預(yù)警指標(biāo)的篩選方法、數(shù)據(jù)處理的方法、斜拉橋施工過(guò)程安全預(yù)警的準(zhǔn)則以及報(bào)警的方法。 (3)基于MicrosoftVisualStudio開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),運(yùn)用MicrosoftSQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和C#語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)了斜拉橋施工過(guò)程安全預(yù)警軟件。該軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)了監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)范管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析直觀化及智能安全預(yù)警。 (4)以如皋長(zhǎng)江大橋?yàn)楸尘埃瑢⑿崩瓨蚴┕み^(guò)程智能安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)成功應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程。
[Abstract]:In recent years, bridge construction accidents occur from time to time. How to predict risk factors in advance and avoid accidents is a difficult problem for bridge builders. Taking cable-stayed bridge as the research object, this paper studies the theory of safety early warning and intelligent early-warning technology of cable-stayed bridge construction process. The main research results are as follows: (1) the typical bridge accidents in recent twenty years are analyzed in detail, the characteristics and causes of bridge accidents are summarized, and the classical accident cause theory is analyzed. The causes of bridge construction accidents are summarized into four aspects: human, material, environment and management, and through several classic cable-stayed bridge construction accidents, The countermeasures to reduce the bridge construction accidents are put forward. (2) the intelligent early warning theory of the construction process of cable-stayed bridge is established, the task goal, the function and the content of the early warning system are put forward, and the work flow of the early warning system is formed. The early warning index system is constructed, including the principle of constructing early warning index system, the screening method of early warning index, the method of data processing, the principle of safety early warning in construction process of cable-stayed bridge and the method of warning. (3) based on Microsoft Visual Studio development platform, Using Microsoft SQL Server database and C # language, the construction process safety warning software of cable-stayed bridge is developed. The software realizes the standardized management of monitoring data, the visualization of data analysis and intelligent security warning. (4) taking Rugao Yangtze River Bridge as the background, the intelligent security early warning system of cable-stayed bridge construction process is successfully applied to practical engineering.
