不同截面形式橋墩在遭受船舶刮擦碰撞時(shí)的安全評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)船橋碰撞問題的仿真分析思路是:建立精細(xì)的船橋碰撞有限元模型,重現(xiàn)船橋接觸、碰撞力、損傷變形、能量吸收的時(shí)程分析等,以期對(duì)船橋碰撞過程的真實(shí)模擬。同時(shí)傳統(tǒng)船橋碰撞問題的研究對(duì)象一般是設(shè)有防撞設(shè)施的通航橋跨。然而對(duì)于大跨徑橋梁的眾多非通航橋孔來說,橋墩設(shè)計(jì)船撞力較小,且通常不設(shè)置防撞設(shè)施,在較小船舶貪圖方便或者船舶失控等情況下,非通航橋孔的橋墩有被船撞的可能。同時(shí),在上述情況下,發(fā)生正面船撞橋墩的可能性很小,而發(fā)生船舶擦掛的可能性更大,因此,非通航橋孔橋墩受到船舶擦掛帶來的威脅是不容忽視的,對(duì)于非通航橋墩受船舶擦掛的研究是很有必要的。本文研究的主要目的在于:研究非通航橋孔不同截面形式橋墩受船舶刮擦碰撞的相對(duì)安全性,并進(jìn)行安全評(píng)估。本文主要研究工作包括: ①以廣泛深入的文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研為基礎(chǔ),總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)于研究船橋碰撞問題的研究方法和所得結(jié)論,引出本文研究不同橋墩截面形式受船舶刮擦碰撞的必要性,并選定了圓形截面和矩形截面兩種不同截面形式的橋墩作為本文研究對(duì)象。 ②通過有限元模擬橋墩與船舶發(fā)生刮擦碰撞,研究船舶中軸線與刮碰點(diǎn)之間的距離,刮碰點(diǎn)法向方向與船舶中軸方向的夾角等因素對(duì)橋墩受船舶刮擦碰撞的影響,并給出相對(duì)安全性評(píng)價(jià)。 ③通過模擬不同噸位(50噸,150噸)船舶刮擦碰撞圓形截面形式橋墩與矩形截面形式橋墩,以蓋梁位移,墩身碰撞點(diǎn)位移,系統(tǒng)動(dòng)能等為參數(shù),討論兩種截面形式橋墩的優(yōu)劣,并給出相對(duì)安全性評(píng)價(jià)。 ④通過給定不同的摩擦系數(shù),研究摩擦系數(shù)的不同對(duì)船舶刮擦圓形截面形式橋墩后對(duì)橋墩的相對(duì)安全性,并給予評(píng)價(jià)。 ⑤通過研究船舶運(yùn)動(dòng)方向與橫橋向的夾角對(duì)船舶刮擦橋墩,對(duì)不同截面形式橋墩的相對(duì)安全性給予評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:The simulation analysis of traditional bridge collision problem is to establish a finite-element model of bridge collision, reappear bridge contact, collision force, damage deformation, energy absorption time history analysis and so on, in order to simulate the collision process of the bridge, and the research object of the traditional bridge collision is generally the bridge span with the collision avoidance facilities. However, for many non Navigable Bridge holes in long-span bridges, the pier design has smaller collision force, and usually does not set the collision avoidance facilities. Under the circumstances of the convenience of the smaller ships or the ship's runaway, the pier of the non Navigable Bridge is likely to be hit by the ship. At the same time, the possibility of a front collision between the pier and the pier is very small. The possibility of ship erasing is more likely. Therefore, the threat posed by the ship erasing by the bridge pier of the non Navigable Bridge hole can not be ignored. The research on the ship erasing of the non navigable pier is very necessary. The main purpose of this study is to study the relative safety of the ship scraping and collision of the different cross section shaped piers of the non Navigable Bridge holes. The main research work in this paper includes:
On the basis of extensive and in-depth literature research, this paper summarizes the research methods and conclusions of scholars at home and abroad on the study of the problem of ship bridge collision, leads to the necessity of studying the collision of different bridge piers in the form of ship scraping, and selects two kinds of bridge piers with circular and rectangular cross sections as this paper. 2. Through the finite element simulation of the collision between the pier and the ship, the influence of the distance between the axis of the ship and the point of the scraping, the angle between the normal direction of the scraping point and the direction of the ship's axis is studied, and the relative safety evaluation is given.
(3) by simulating the circular cross section of a ship's scraping collision with different tonnage (50 tons, 150 tons), the pier and the rectangular section form the pier, with the displacement of the cover beam, the displacement of the collision point of the pier body and the kinetic energy of the system as the parameters, the advantages and disadvantages of the piers of the two cross sections are discussed and the relative safety evaluation is given.

5. The relative safety of bridge pier is evaluated by studying the angle between ship movement direction and transverse bridge.
