粉煤灰加筋高填路基邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析

【摘要】:土工格柵具有高強(qiáng)度、低變形、耐腐蝕、與土的相互作用力大等特點(diǎn),可以作為重要的或永久性結(jié)構(gòu)物使用。粉煤灰自重輕,與土工合成材料的相互作用力大,作為土工結(jié)構(gòu)物的填料可以減輕作用在地基上的堆載、擋土墻上的土壓力、邊坡的自重應(yīng)力,同時變廢為寶、節(jié)省工程造價,又可以避免可能因?yàn)殚_采砂石導(dǎo)致對生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞。用粉煤灰作為加固土體的加筋復(fù)合體結(jié)構(gòu)迄今研究相對較少,但廢棄的粉煤灰的應(yīng)用前景卻相當(dāng)廣泛,尤其是考慮用粉煤灰修建堤壩、路基邊坡、支擋結(jié)構(gòu)更具有其深遠(yuǎn)意義。本文結(jié)合海水、淡水養(yǎng)護(hù)粉煤灰的強(qiáng)度特性以及土工格柵與填料相互作用的界面特性和加筋機(jī)理,依托美國TIACSA咨詢公司開發(fā)的FLAC巖土工程分析軟件對土工格柵加筋粉煤灰路基邊坡的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析研究。具體的內(nèi)容包括: (1)通過對海水濕排粉煤灰、水泥固化粉煤灰的力學(xué)特性分析研究,得到了水泥固化海水濕排粉煤灰基本力學(xué)性質(zhì)及指標(biāo)。研究表明,,水泥固化海水濕排粉煤灰具有良好的穩(wěn)定性和耐久性,拌合固化混合料強(qiáng)度隨齡期穩(wěn)定增長,隨水泥摻量增加強(qiáng)度提高。該研究對邊坡結(jié)構(gòu)、路基加固及地基處理等工程應(yīng)用有重要的理論與實(shí)踐研究價值。 (2)查閱資料,闡述土工格柵與填料相互作用的界面特性和加筋機(jī)理。 (3)加筋邊坡穩(wěn)定性分析。依托軟件FLAC3D,利用強(qiáng)度折減系數(shù)法,分析邊坡的穩(wěn)定性,取得安全系數(shù)。為土工格柵加筋粉煤灰路基邊坡的廣泛應(yīng)用提供工程依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Geogrid has the characteristics of high strength, low deformation, corrosion resistance, and strong interaction with soil. It can be used as an important or permanent structure. The fly ash has a light weight and the interaction force with the geosynthetics is great. As a filler of the geosynthetics, it can reduce the load on the foundation and the earth pressure on the wall of the retaining wall. The self weight stress and the transformation of waste into treasure can save the cost of the project and avoid the damage to the ecological environment because of the mining of sand and rock. The research on the reinforced composite structure with the fly ash as the reinforcement of the soil is relatively small, but the application prospect of the abandoned fly ash is widespread, especially the construction of the embankment with the fly ash. Based on the strength characteristics of the fly ash and the interfacial characteristics and reinforcement mechanism of the geogrid and fillers, the stability of the geogrid reinforced fly ash roadbed slope is carried out based on the FLAC geotechnical analysis software developed by TIACSA consulting company of the United States. The specific contents include:
(1) through the analysis and study of the mechanical properties of the wet fly ash and cement solidified fly ash, the basic mechanical properties and indexes of cement solidified sea wet fly ash are obtained. The research shows that the cement solidified sea wet fly ash has good stability and durability, and the strength of the mixing solidified mixture increases steadily with the age of the cement, with the cement mixed with the cement. The study has important theoretical and practical research value for slope engineering, subgrade reinforcement and foundation treatment.
(2) consult the data to explain the interface characteristics and reinforcement mechanism of the interaction between geogrids and fillers.
(3) the stability analysis of the reinforced slope. Relying on the software FLAC3D, the stability of the slope is analyzed by the strength reduction coefficient method, and the safety factor is obtained. It provides the engineering basis for the wide application of the geogrid reinforced fly ash roadbed slope.
