【摘要】:橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定是以橋梁病害為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行開展的,自2004年《公路橋涵養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》(JTG H11-2004)(以下簡稱《養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》)實(shí)施以來,我國公路橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定主要按照規(guī)范中規(guī)定方法進(jìn)行,到2011年《公路橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(JTG/T H21-2011)(以下簡稱《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》)對《養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》中橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定方法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改進(jìn),作為行業(yè)推薦性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施,至此我國橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定主要參照《養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》和《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》進(jìn)行。 本文從考慮橋梁部件權(quán)重、構(gòu)件病害扣分疊加方法、單個(gè)病害等級判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)三個(gè)方面入手,以《養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》和《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》關(guān)于公路拱橋的技術(shù)狀況評定為研究對象進(jìn)行對比研究,并探索新的合理評定方法。本文主要內(nèi)容為: ①介紹國內(nèi)外既有服役橋梁技術(shù)狀況現(xiàn)狀及典型橋梁垮塌事故,說明進(jìn)行橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定研究的急迫性與重要性,并總結(jié)國內(nèi)外橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的評定方法; ②總結(jié)各類型拱橋常見病害,并較全面介紹拱橋外觀檢查和專項(xiàng)檢查內(nèi)容以及需使用的相關(guān)儀器,同時(shí)引入層次分析法,闡述該方法在橋梁技術(shù)狀況評定中的應(yīng)用思路; ③對《養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》和《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中關(guān)于拱橋技術(shù)狀況評定方法進(jìn)行深入對比研究,通過比較發(fā)現(xiàn)《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中的評定方法更具合理性; ④根據(jù)構(gòu)件評定指標(biāo)對比結(jié)果,建議增加相關(guān)拱橋評定指標(biāo),同時(shí)對豐富拱橋適應(yīng)性評定結(jié)論提出相關(guān)建議與嘗試; ⑤逐層分析《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》評定系統(tǒng),探討系統(tǒng)計(jì)算方法的缺陷與不足,然后借助層次分析法分別計(jì)算無橋墩旱地拱橋部件權(quán)重和構(gòu)件底層指標(biāo)權(quán)重,嘗試通過考慮特殊橋梁的權(quán)重分配、擬定新的構(gòu)件評定公式以及增加的新指標(biāo)三個(gè)因素建立新的評定方法; ⑥以重慶潼南縣紅星大橋?yàn)楣こ虒?shí)例,對其進(jìn)行定期檢查采集橋梁病害、材料性能等相關(guān)信息,,然后采用《養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范》、《評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和本文研究的新方法三種評定方法對其進(jìn)行技術(shù)狀況評定,并對評定結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比研究,證明本文研究的新評定方法的合理性和適用性。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of bridge technical condition is carried out on the basis of bridge diseases. Since the implementation of the Highway Bridge and culvert maintenance Code (JTG H11-2004) (hereinafter referred to as "maintenance Code") in 2004, The evaluation of the technical status of highway bridges in China is mainly carried out in accordance with the methods stipulated in the Code, By 2011, JTG / T H21-2011 (hereinafter referred to as "Evaluation Standard") has optimized and improved the evaluation method of bridge technical status in the "maintenance Code", which is implemented as the industry recommended standard. So far, the technical status of bridges in China is mainly evaluated with reference to the maintenance Code and the Evaluation Standard. In this paper, considering the weight of bridge components, the method of component damage deduction and superposition, and the criteria for judging single disease grade, the paper starts with three aspects: This paper makes a comparative study on the technical status assessment of highway arch bridges by using the maintenance Code and the Evaluation Standard, and explores a new and reasonable evaluation method. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1 the present situation and typical bridge collapse accidents of existing bridges at home and abroad are introduced, and the urgency and importance of evaluating the bridge technical status are explained. It also summarizes the development status of bridge technical status assessment at home and abroad and the evaluation methods of current norms, 2 summarizes the common diseases of various types of arch bridges, The contents of arch bridge appearance inspection and special inspection as well as the relevant instruments used are introduced. At the same time, AHP is introduced to explain the application of this method in bridge technical condition assessment. 3Contrastive study on the evaluation methods of the arch bridge's technical condition in the maintenance Code and the Evaluation Standard, and find that the evaluation method in the Standard of Evaluation is more reasonable; 4According to the comparative results of component evaluation indexes, it is suggested to increase the evaluation indexes of relevant arch bridges, and at the same time, to put forward relevant suggestions and attempts to enrich the conclusions of arch bridge adaptability assessment. This paper discusses the defects and shortcomings of the system calculation method, and then calculates the weight of the components of the dryland arch bridge without bridge piers and the index weight of the bottom layer of the component by means of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and attempts to consider the weight distribution of the special bridge. A new assessment method is established by drawing up a new component evaluation formula and adding three new indexes. (6) taking Hongxing Bridge in Tongnan County Chongqing as an engineering example, it carries out periodic inspection and collection of bridge diseases. Material properties and other relevant information, and then using "maintenance Code", "Evaluation Standard" and the new methods studied in this paper to evaluate the technical status of the three evaluation methods, and the results of the evaluation of a comparative study, The rationality and applicability of the new evaluation method studied in this paper are proved.
