湘府路湘江大橋荷載試驗(yàn)分析與評(píng)定

【摘要】:橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)作為一種手段既能夠?qū)蛄旱某休d能力進(jìn)行評(píng)判,又能夠?qū)π碌慕Y(jié)構(gòu)、施工工藝發(fā)展和運(yùn)用、設(shè)計(jì)理論等進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。因此,開展橋梁的荷載試驗(yàn)分析與評(píng)定具備很高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。在查閱了大量專業(yè)方面文獻(xiàn)的前提下,以長(zhǎng)沙市已經(jīng)建成的湘府路湘江大橋當(dāng)作工程背景。將數(shù)值模擬、理論分析跟現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的手段,對(duì)靜動(dòng)載作用下橋梁響應(yīng)參數(shù)變化、承載能力進(jìn)行分析。其研究成果如下:(1)通過有限元軟件MIDAS進(jìn)行建模與理論相結(jié)合的方式,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)橋梁靜載試驗(yàn)6個(gè)加載工況、每個(gè)工況下加卸載的步驟和級(jí)別、主控制截面與截面中測(cè)點(diǎn)的具體分布空間方位進(jìn)行確定。(2)通過靜載試驗(yàn),得出在試驗(yàn)荷載作用下橋梁各個(gè)控制截面的位移和應(yīng)變值,進(jìn)而比較分析實(shí)測(cè)值與理論值,檢驗(yàn)大橋是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。(3)通過動(dòng)載試驗(yàn),分析橋梁在動(dòng)載作用下響應(yīng)參數(shù)的改變,內(nèi)容包括跑車、跳車與剎車試驗(yàn)。用來測(cè)量出橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)在動(dòng)荷載作用下的沖擊系數(shù)以及自振特性。(4)對(duì)橋梁承載性能客觀評(píng)估并得到結(jié)果,為該橋提供相應(yīng)地橋梁竣工備案與未來養(yǎng)護(hù)維修的科學(xué)根據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As a means, the bridge load test can not only judge the bearing capacity of the bridge, but also verify the new structure, construction technology development and application, design theory and so on. Therefore, the load test analysis and evaluation of bridge has high application value. On the premise of consulting a large number of professional literature, the Xiangjiang Bridge of Xiangfu Road, which has been built in Changsha City, is taken as the engineering background. By means of numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and field test, the response parameters and bearing capacity of the bridge under static and dynamic loads are analyzed. The research results are as follows: (1) through the combination of modeling and theory with the finite element software Midas, the loading and unloading steps and levels under each working condition of six loading conditions for the field bridge static load test are studied. Through static load test, the displacement and strain values of each control section of the bridge under test load are obtained, and the measured and theoretical values are compared and analyzed. The dynamic load test is used to analyze the change of the response parameters of the bridge under dynamic load, including sports car, jumping and braking tests. It is used to measure the impact coefficient of the bridge structure under dynamic load and the natural vibration characteristics. 4) the objective evaluation of the bridge bearing capacity is obtained, which provides the scientific basis for the completion record and future maintenance of the bridge.
