【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)的高速公路建設(shè)規(guī)模日益擴(kuò)大,而且由于瀝青路面的諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn)所建高速公路絕大多數(shù)為瀝青路面。高速公路瀝青路面雖然已形成一套比較成熟完整的施工方法,但在各個(gè)施工工藝的質(zhì)量控制方面還不夠完善包括瀝青混合料的拌和質(zhì)量控制、瀝青混合料的運(yùn)輸質(zhì)量控制、瀝青混合料的攤鋪以及碾壓過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量控制等問(wèn)題。瀝青混合料變異性過(guò)大會(huì)使得路用性能變異性過(guò)大,難以保證路面質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平的均一,更能嚴(yán)重影響路面的使用壽命。瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)配合比變異存在于材料的選擇、混合料拌和、運(yùn)輸?shù)拳h(huán)節(jié)中。在拌和過(guò)程中,混合料的顆粒離析極易造成級(jí)配變異,瀝青加熱溫度和噴入量造成混合料品質(zhì)變異,混合料的拌和溫度和拌和時(shí)間變異也影響到混合料品質(zhì)的穩(wěn)定性。 本文依托依七高速公路,根據(jù)中心實(shí)驗(yàn)室給出的目標(biāo)配合比及工程的生產(chǎn)配合比試拌結(jié)果,通過(guò)繪制均值控制圖和極差控制圖,從控制圖的變化趨勢(shì)中判斷施工過(guò)程是否處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài),有無(wú)異常趨勢(shì)。另外,通過(guò)引入數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法和原理,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)質(zhì)量控制,有效的控制了瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)配合比變異性。 本文對(duì)依七高速公路生產(chǎn)配合比中的瀝青用量、關(guān)鍵性篩孔的通過(guò)百分率以及整體變異性產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)可能發(fā)生和已經(jīng)發(fā)生的情況提出了相應(yīng)的解決措施,為路面的施工提供了優(yōu)質(zhì)混合料,對(duì)依七高速公路工程建設(shè)起到了積極的作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of expressway construction in our country is expanding day by day, and most of the highways built due to the advantages of asphalt pavement are asphalt pavement. Although a set of mature and complete construction methods have been formed on the asphalt pavement of expressway, the quality control of each construction process is not perfect, including the mixing quality control of asphalt mixture, the quality control of transportation of asphalt mixture, Paving of asphalt mixture and quality control in rolling process. Due to the excessive variability of asphalt mixture, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of pavement quality and service level, which can seriously affect the service life of pavement. The mix ratio variation of asphalt mixture production exists in material selection, mixture mixing, transportation and so on. In the mixing process, the segregation of mixture particles is easy to cause gradation variation, asphalt heating temperature and injection amount lead to the mixture quality variation, mixture mixing temperature and mixing time variation also affect the stability of mixture quality. In this paper, we draw the mean value control chart and range control chart according to the target mix ratio given by the central laboratory and the production mix test result of the project based on the Yiqi Expressway. Judging whether the construction process is in a stable state or not and whether there is an abnormal trend from the changing trend of the control chart. In addition, through the introduction of mathematical statistics methods and principles, statistical quality control, effective control of asphalt mixture production mix variability. In this paper, the asphalt dosage, the percentage of critical sieve holes and the causes of overall variability in the production mix ratio of Yi-Qi Expressway are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions to the possible and existing situations are put forward. It provides high-quality mixture for pavement construction and plays an active role in the construction of Yi-Qi Expressway.
