【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,能源供需矛盾愈發(fā)突出,現(xiàn)已成為我國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸問題,直接威脅國家經(jīng)濟(jì)安全。因此,節(jié)能減排勢在必行。 道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性產(chǎn)業(yè),也是能源的主要消費(fèi)主體之一,在節(jié)能減排方面擁有巨大的潛力。近年來,交通運(yùn)輸管理部門針對節(jié)能減排采取了一系列富有成效的措施,但是,對節(jié)能減排效果尚未建立完善的評(píng)價(jià)體系,因此,如何對節(jié)能減排效果進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的測算分析,對道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立以及行業(yè)節(jié)能減排戰(zhàn)略的制定具有重要的理論意義。 本文全面系統(tǒng)的分析了道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排的影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)方案,以及抽樣調(diào)查方案和管理辦法。同時(shí)提出了道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排效果的測算模型和方法,并以山西省晉中市道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,,對道路貨運(yùn)行業(yè)節(jié)能減排的效果測算模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證及應(yīng)用,并給出了相關(guān)的節(jié)能減排保障對策及建議。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of China's economy, the contradiction between energy supply and demand is becoming more and more prominent, which has become the bottleneck of the sustainable development of China's social economy and directly threatens the national economic security. Therefore, energy conservation and emission reduction is imperative. As the basic industry of national economy, road freight industry is also one of the main consumers of energy, which has great potential in energy saving and emission reduction. In recent years, the transportation management department has taken a series of effective measures to save energy and reduce emissions, but the effect of energy saving and emission reduction has not been established a perfect evaluation system, so, how to accurately calculate and analyze the effect of energy saving and emission reduction, It has important theoretical significance for the establishment of evaluation system of energy saving and emission reduction in road freight industry and the formulation of energy saving and emission reduction strategy of road freight industry. This paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the influencing factors of energy saving and emission reduction in road freight industry, and then puts forward the statistical target scheme of energy saving and emission reduction in road freight industry, as well as sampling investigation scheme and management method. At the same time, the paper puts forward the calculation model and method of energy saving and emission reduction effect of road freight industry, and takes Jinzhong city of Shanxi Province as an example to carry on the empirical research on energy saving and emission reduction of road freight industry. This paper verifies and applies the model of energy saving and emission reduction in road freight industry, and gives the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for energy saving and emission reduction.
