【摘要】:隨著河床下切導致橋梁垮塌事故的頻繁發(fā)生,河床下切引起的橋梁病害加固研究越來越引起人們的高度重視。本文針對目前河床下切引起的樁柱式橋墩病害加固研究方向和研究工作的不足,,依托實際工程主要在河床下切引起的樁柱式橋墩病害加固改造方法以及加固參數(shù)優(yōu)化方面展開了研究。 本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 以課題組近些年來加固的一些工程實例為基礎,總結了河床下切引起的樁柱式橋墩常見病害并對其成因進行了分析,闡述了河床下切后樁柱式橋墩屈曲失穩(wěn)定義以及樁柱式橋墩屈曲的幾個主要影響因素,并簡要歸納了河床下切引起的樁柱式橋墩病害的常用加固改造方法。 結合工程實例,針對課題組提出并采用的加固改造方法,探討其加固措施和加固機理,并運用midas civil軟件對河床下切前、河床下切后加固前、加固后及遠期河床下切四種狀態(tài)進行數(shù)值分析,以證明這些加固方法的有效性和遠期的可靠性。 運用控制變量法,分別選取不同的加固參數(shù)作為變量,在控制其他因素都相同的條件下,選取橋墩上各點的水平位移作為優(yōu)化指標。分別建立模型進行計算,對比分析計算結果,總結出合理的加強樁樁徑及樁間距,并提出了控制樁柱式橋墩水平位移的方法。
[Abstract]:With the frequent occurrence of bridge collapse caused by river bed cutting, people pay more and more attention to the bridge disease reinforcement caused by river bed cutting. This paper aims at the deficiency of the research direction and research work of the pile-column pier disease reinforcement caused by the river bed cutting at present. Based on the practical engineering, the method of strengthening and improving the disease of pile-column pier and the optimization of reinforcement parameters caused by the cutting of river bed are studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: based on some engineering examples of reinforcement in recent years, the common diseases of pile-column pier caused by river bed cutting are summarized and the causes of formation are analyzed. This paper expounds the definition of buckling instability of pile-column pier after river bed cutting and several main influencing factors of pile-column pier buckling, and briefly summarizes the commonly used reinforcement methods of pile-column pier diseases caused by river bed down-cutting. Combined with engineering examples, this paper discusses the reinforcement measures and reinforcement mechanism of the reinforcement methods proposed and adopted by the research group, and uses midas civil software to cut the river bed before and after the river bed cutting and strengthening. In order to prove the effectiveness and long-term reliability of these reinforcement methods, the four states of river bed are analyzed numerically after reinforcement and long-term river bed cutting. By using the control variable method, different reinforcement parameters are selected as variables, and the horizontal displacement of each point on the pier is chosen as the optimization index under the same conditions of controlling other factors. The model is established to calculate, and the results are compared and analyzed. The reasonable strengthening pile diameter and pile spacing are summarized, and the method to control the horizontal displacement of pile-type bridge pier is put forward.
