電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下X船舶代理公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)分析和改善研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)誕生至今,經(jīng)過(guò)技術(shù)與觀念的不斷創(chuàng)新,已經(jīng)深入人心,成為重要的交易手段。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、WI-FI、智能手機(jī),電子商務(wù)等的大量的普及,船舶代理的工作也受到了這些因素的沖擊,原有的業(yè)務(wù)流程已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)有客戶的需求。伴隨著電子信息科技的發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)對(duì)船舶代理業(yè)務(wù)顯得尤為重要。因此,本文研究電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)對(duì)X船舶代理公司業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況的影響,以提高和改善X船舶代理公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,提高公司業(yè)務(wù)的電子化、信息化,加強(qiáng)部門間的合作,增加公司現(xiàn)有資源的利用率,最終通過(guò)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)使資源配置達(dá)到最優(yōu)。本論文首先闡述了船舶代理行業(yè)發(fā)展的歷史和現(xiàn)狀以及電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下的行業(yè)發(fā)展。然后利用預(yù)測(cè)分析法對(duì)天津地區(qū)船舶代理市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)分析,得出了未來(lái)三年天津地區(qū)船舶代理市場(chǎng)的需求量,總結(jié)了船舶代理行業(yè)的功能與需求。通過(guò)對(duì)以X船舶代理公司為代表的船舶代理行業(yè)的深入剖析,得出X船舶代理公司運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),分析了公司存在的問(wèn)題及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及發(fā)展的方向。結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況,針對(duì)電子商務(wù)環(huán)境下X船舶代理公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)情況提出了改善方案和提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量及工作效率的管理策略;進(jìn)一步,利用電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的預(yù)測(cè)與決策功能來(lái)幫助客戶做好信息預(yù)測(cè)與輔助決策分析,為客戶提供增值服務(wù),提升船舶代理行業(yè)服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:E-commerce platform has become an important means of trading through the innovation of technology and concept. With the popularity of Internet WI-FI, smart phone, e-commerce and so on, the work of ship agent is also affected by these factors, the original business process can no longer meet the needs of existing customers. With the development of electronic information technology, electronic commerce is very important to ship agency business. Therefore, this paper studies the influence of E-commerce platform on the business operation of X Shipbuilding Agency Company, in order to improve and improve the operation of X Shipbuilding Agency Company, enhance the electronization and informatization of the company's business, and strengthen inter-departmental cooperation. Increase the utilization of the company's existing resources, and finally optimize the allocation of resources through the e-commerce platform. In this paper, the history and present situation of ship agency industry and the development of the industry under the environment of e-commerce are described. Then the forecast analysis method is used to forecast and analyze the ship agency market in Tianjin area, and the demand of the ship agency market in Tianjin area in the next three years is obtained, and the function and demand of the shipping agent industry are summarized. Based on the in-depth analysis of the ship agency industry represented by X ship Agency Company, the advantages and disadvantages of X ship Agency Company are obtained, and the existing problems, challenges and development direction of X ship Agency Company are analyzed. According to the actual situation of the company, the paper puts forward the management strategy of improving the quality of service and working efficiency in view of the operation of X Shipping Agency Company under the environment of electronic commerce. The function of forecasting and decision making of electronic commerce platform is used to help customers do well in information prediction and decision analysis, to provide value-added services to customers and to improve the service level of ship agency industry.
