瀝青路面材料全生命周期評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,全球不可再生資源日益緊缺,而瀝青路面在建設(shè)過(guò)程中需要消耗大量不可再生資源特別是能源,并排放各種廢氣和煙塵,對(duì)環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重影響。目前對(duì)瀝青路面建設(shè)過(guò)程中的能源消耗、資源利用和環(huán)境排放等一般采用定性分析,缺少具體的量化分析。因此,有必要對(duì)瀝青路面建設(shè)過(guò)程的能源消耗、資源利用和環(huán)境排放進(jìn)行量化分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上建立科學(xué)合理的瀝青路面節(jié)能減排量化分析評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 論文利用生命周期評(píng)價(jià)方法(LCA)對(duì)瀝青混凝土生命周期過(guò)程中的能源消耗、資源利用及污染物排放等進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分別以廢舊瀝青混合料的四種再生技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),系統(tǒng)分析研究采用不同再生方式再生的瀝青混合料所鋪筑瀝青路面的環(huán)境負(fù)荷、環(huán)境影響類型和使用性能上的差異,獲得再生瀝青混凝土的綜合價(jià)值指標(biāo)P/IC(C:Cost成本,P:Performance性能,I:Impact環(huán)境影響)。通過(guò)瀝青路面材料從原材料采集、使用、廢棄和再生處理的整個(gè)生命周期的層次分析,提出并建立再生瀝青混凝土生命周期評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)體系。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和結(jié)論如下: (1)采用LCA方法對(duì)瀝青路面生產(chǎn)工藝進(jìn)行研究分析,結(jié)果表明:對(duì)不可再生資源的影響為瀝青路面建設(shè)過(guò)程中的主要環(huán)境壓力,其中不可再生資源消耗、溫室效應(yīng)和酸化效應(yīng)主要發(fā)生在原材料生產(chǎn)階段,光化學(xué)煙霧和人體健康類型主要發(fā)生在材料運(yùn)輸階段。 (2)對(duì)廠拌熱再生、廠拌冷再生、就地?zé)嵩偕途偷乩湓偕姆N不同的再生技術(shù)進(jìn)行LCA評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明:廠拌熱再生技術(shù)對(duì)環(huán)境造成的負(fù)荷最大,其后依次是廠拌冷再生技術(shù)、就地冷再生技術(shù)和就地?zé)嵩偕夹g(shù)。 (3)舊料摻配率對(duì)再生瀝青混合料綜合性能和綜合價(jià)值指標(biāo)的影響截然不同:若僅考慮瀝青路面的路用性能,舊料摻配率越低,再生瀝青混合料的綜合性能越好;若結(jié)合考慮生產(chǎn)成本和對(duì)環(huán)境的影響,,則隨著舊料摻量的增加,再生瀝青混合料的綜合價(jià)值指標(biāo)值升高。另外,再生劑的使用,對(duì)提高再生瀝青混凝土的綜合指標(biāo)值有顯著作用。 (4)根據(jù)瀝青路面節(jié)能減排評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系原則,選取了能源消耗、資源利用、環(huán)境排放以及路面技術(shù)4個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)及各一級(jí)指標(biāo)中的二級(jí)指標(biāo),采用層次分析法初步建立了瀝青路面節(jié)能減排評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:At present, the global non-renewable resources are becoming increasingly scarce, and the asphalt pavement needs to consume a large number of non-renewable resources, especially energy, and emit all kinds of exhaust gas and smoke, which has a serious impact on the environment. At present, the energy consumption, resource utilization and environmental emission in the process of asphalt pavement construction are generally analyzed qualitatively, but lack of specific quantitative analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to quantify the energy consumption, resource utilization and environmental emissions of asphalt pavement construction process, and establish a scientific and reasonable quantitative analysis and evaluation index system of asphalt pavement energy saving and emission reduction. In this paper, the life cycle evaluation method (LCA) is used to evaluate the energy consumption, resource utilization and pollutant emission during the life cycle of asphalt concrete, respectively, based on the four recycled technologies of waste asphalt mixture. The difference of environmental load, environmental impact type and performance of asphalt pavement paved by different recycled asphalt mixture is analyzed and studied systematically. To obtain the comprehensive value index of recycled asphalt concrete, the cost of P / IC / C: cost and the performance of I / I impact environment are obtained. Through the hierarchical analysis of the whole life cycle of asphalt pavement materials collected, used, discarded and recycled, the evaluation index and evaluation system of the life cycle evaluation of recycled asphalt concrete are put forward and established. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) LCA method is used to study and analyze the production process of asphalt pavement. The results show that the influence on non-renewable resources is the main environmental pressure in the process of asphalt pavement construction. Among them, the consumption of non-renewable resources, Greenhouse Effect and acidizing effect mainly occurred in raw material production stage, photochemical smog and human health type mainly occurred in material transportation stage. The LCA evaluation of four different regeneration technologies, geothermal regeneration and in-situ cold regeneration, was carried out. The results showed that the plant mix heat regeneration technology caused the greatest environmental load, followed by the factory mix cold regeneration technology. The influence of mixing ratio of used materials on the comprehensive performance and comprehensive value index of recycled asphalt mixture is very different from that of in-situ cold recycling technology and geothermal regeneration technology: if only the pavement performance of asphalt pavement is considered, the lower the blending ratio of used materials is, The better the comprehensive performance of recycled asphalt mixture is, if the production cost and environmental impact are taken into account, the value of comprehensive value of recycled asphalt mixture increases with the increase of the amount of used materials. In addition, the use of recycled agent plays a significant role in improving the comprehensive index value of recycled asphalt concrete. According to the principle of evaluation index system of asphalt pavement energy saving and emission reduction, energy consumption and resource utilization are selected. The evaluation index system of energy saving and emission reduction of asphalt pavement is established by using AHP, which includes four first class indexes of environmental emission and pavement technology and the second class index of each first class index.
