吹填造陸區(qū)在地基處理中的變形分析及加固效果評價

【摘要】:天津中心漁港工程坐落在漢沽區(qū)營城鎮(zhèn)高家堡村南側(cè)海域,東臨李家河鹽場堤水口、南向渤海灣、西至漢蔡路、北到海擋。根據(jù)已批準的天津中心漁港總體規(guī)劃,海域部分分為作業(yè)區(qū)和休閑區(qū),本次軟基加固場區(qū)位于中心漁港作業(yè)區(qū)造陸三區(qū)、四區(qū)內(nèi)。地基處理總面積為53.99萬m2,其中采用真空預壓方法加固的面積為48.98萬m2。 本文首先對真空預壓法的加固機理進行了研究分析,然后以天津中心漁港工程中采用真空預壓法加固吹填土為例,對天津中心漁港工程吹填土加固機理和真空預壓處理吹填土的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了詳細的研究,對軟基加固處理區(qū)域的檢測與監(jiān)測分析對天津中心漁港工程吹填土的處理具有重要的實際應用價值。具體研究成果如下: (1)結(jié)合天津臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)圍海造陸工程的概況,對其土體加固進行了分析,并且對加固土體區(qū)域進行了監(jiān)測分析;通過對現(xiàn)場十字板試驗成果的分析可以看出,各區(qū)加固前的原狀土抗剪強度有以下特點:場區(qū)內(nèi)各區(qū)淺層土體由于自重固結(jié)時間較短,其抗剪強度在10kPa之內(nèi)。 (2)結(jié)合天津臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)圍海造陸工程的概況,總結(jié)了地基處理設計方案與標準,,介紹了軟基監(jiān)測與檢測的目的,并對淺層真空預壓區(qū)和井點降水加動力固結(jié)區(qū)進行了監(jiān)測分析。
[Abstract]:Tianjin central fishing port project is located in the south of Hangu Yingcheng Gaojiabao village, east of Lijiahe salt water mouth, south to Bohai Bay, west to Hancai Road, north to sea block. According to the approved master plan of Tianjin Central Fishery Port, the sea area is divided into operation area and leisure area. The total area of foundation treatment is 539900 m2, in which the area strengthened by vacuum preloading method is 489800 m2. In this paper, the reinforcement mechanism of vacuum preloading method is studied and analyzed firstly, and then the application of vacuum preloading method in the construction of Tianjin Central Fishery Port is taken as an example. In this paper, the reinforcement mechanism of fill and the key technology of vacuum preloading for filling in Tianjin Central Fishery Port are studied in detail. The detection, monitoring and analysis of the soft foundation reinforcement treatment area have important practical application value for the treatment of the filling soil in Tianjin Central Fishery Port Project. The concrete research results are as follows: (1) combined with the general situation of the reclamation project of Tianjin Lingang Industrial District, the soil reinforcement is analyzed, and the area of the strengthened soil is monitored and analyzed. Through the analysis of the field cross plate test results, it can be seen that the shear strength of the undisturbed soil before reinforcement in each district has the following characteristics: the consolidation time of the shallow soil in each region is short because of the self-weight consolidation, The shear strength is less than 10 KPA. The paper summarizes the design scheme and standard of foundation treatment, and introduces the purpose of monitoring and testing soft foundation, combined with the general situation of reclamation and land construction project in Tianjin Lingang Industrial District. Monitoring and analysis of shallow vacuum preloading area and well point precipitation plus dynamic consolidation area are carried out.
