經(jīng)濟(jì)型SMA在干線公路大中修中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本文采用馬歇爾實(shí)驗(yàn)配合比設(shè)計(jì)方法,在分析原材料物理化學(xué)性能的基礎(chǔ)上,以石灰?guī)r石料作為骨料,普通瀝青為結(jié)合料,設(shè)計(jì)并制備經(jīng)濟(jì)型SMA瀝青混合料,進(jìn)行這種SMA瀝青混合料路用性能試驗(yàn),從混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能和水穩(wěn)定性能入手,通過(guò)詳細(xì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比研究分析了石灰?guī)r和普通瀝青自身材料特性與該瀝青混合料性能之間的關(guān)系,探索各組分的最佳用量,并通過(guò)玄武巖普通瀝青SMA和石灰?guī)r改性瀝青SMA混合料路用性能的對(duì)比研究,,分析不同骨料和結(jié)合料的SMA的性能差異,探索利用成本低廉的石灰?guī)r和普通瀝青配置SMA的可行性,建立相應(yīng)的技術(shù)指標(biāo)與實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)路線。通過(guò)KENPAVE軟件對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)型SMA路面結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn)計(jì)算分析,研究了該種材料力學(xué)指標(biāo)和路面力學(xué)指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,對(duì)適用于普通干線公路的石灰?guī)r和普通瀝青SMA路面典型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,為實(shí)際工程建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)。同時(shí)通過(guò)試驗(yàn)路的鋪筑和對(duì)試驗(yàn)路使用的跟蹤觀測(cè),探索SMA混合料用于普通干線公路的大中修的可行性、施工工藝及相應(yīng)技術(shù)指標(biāo),力圖在實(shí)際工程建設(shè)中推廣石灰?guī)r石料和普通瀝青SMA混凝土路面,提高干線公路的整體路用性能水平。 本文的研究可以降低SMA混合料的總體價(jià)格,開展關(guān)于本文的技術(shù)研究無(wú)論在經(jīng)濟(jì)上還是技術(shù)上都是十分必要的,既能夠降低工程造價(jià),又可為尋找替代材料提供一種借鑒,擺脫具有優(yōu)良性能的SMA混合料在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中的局限性,有利于SMA混合料的推廣使用,因此具有十分廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of physical and chemical properties of raw materials, this paper uses Marshall experimental mix design method to design and prepare economical SMA asphalt mixture with limestone stone as aggregate and ordinary asphalt as binder. The road performance test of this kind of SMA asphalt mixture is based on the high temperature stability and water stability of the mixture. The relationship between the material characteristics of limestone and ordinary asphalt and the performance of the asphalt mixture is analyzed through detailed experimental comparative study, and the optimum dosage of each component is explored. By comparing the pavement performance of ordinary asphalt SMA with limestone modified asphalt SMA, the difference of SMA performance of different aggregates and binders is analyzed, and the feasibility of using low cost limestone and ordinary asphalt to dispose SMA is explored. Set up the corresponding technical index and realize the technical route. The relationship between the mechanical index of the material and the mechanical index of the pavement is studied by means of the orthogonal test calculation and analysis of the economical SMA pavement structure with the software KENPAVE. The typical structure of limestone and asphalt SMA pavement suitable for general trunk highway is verified, which provides theoretical basis for practical engineering construction. At the same time, through the paving of the test road and the track observation of the use of the test road, the feasibility, the construction technology and the corresponding technical index of the SMA mixture used in the major and medium repair of the ordinary trunk highway are explored. In order to improve the overall road performance level of trunk highway, the author tries to popularize limestone stone and ordinary asphalt SMA concrete pavement in practical engineering construction. The research in this paper can reduce the overall price of SMA mixture, and it is necessary to carry out the technical research in this paper, both economically and technically, which can not only reduce the project cost, but also provide a reference for finding alternative materials. Getting rid of the limitation of SMA mixture with excellent performance in practical application is beneficial to the popularization and use of SMA mixture, so it has a very wide application prospect.
