瀝青路面技術(shù)狀況評價與分析

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,交通量的不斷增長,我國高速公路網(wǎng)趨于完善,但同時道路交通量日益增大,車輛迅速大型化且嚴(yán)重超載的現(xiàn)象也隨之普遍出現(xiàn),使目前我國的高速公路路面面臨嚴(yán)峻的考驗。很多高速公路瀝青路面均呈現(xiàn)出一定的早期破壞,如裂縫、泛油、剝落、車轍等現(xiàn)象,有的高速公路甚至通車當(dāng)年即發(fā)生了病害,正常維修期大大提前,直接影響了車輛的運行,也增大了養(yǎng)護(hù)管理資金的投入。針對這一現(xiàn)象,我國普遍采用公路路面技術(shù)狀況定期檢測的方式對公路路面產(chǎn)生的裂縫、泛油、剝落、車轍、沉陷、擁包、波浪等病害狀況作出準(zhǔn)確的評價,最終提出養(yǎng)護(hù)維修建議并確定處理方案。 公路路面技術(shù)狀況定期檢測首先是對基本病害的調(diào)查檢測,包括路面損壞、路面平整度、路面車轍、路面抗滑性能以及路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度等指標(biāo),通常使用較為先進(jìn)的自動化設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測,比如路面綜合數(shù)據(jù)智能檢測車(可以同時檢測路面損壞、路面平整度、路面車轍、路面構(gòu)造深度等指標(biāo))、路面橫向力系數(shù)測試車、落錘式彎沉儀以及探地雷達(dá)等。通過對以上各個指標(biāo)檢測數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果計算相應(yīng)的路面損壞狀況指數(shù)PCI、路面行駛質(zhì)量指數(shù)RQI、路面車轍深度指數(shù)RDI、路面抗滑性能指數(shù)SRI以及路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度指數(shù)PASSI,然后結(jié)合《公路技術(shù)狀況評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的有關(guān)規(guī)定計算出PQI(Pavement Quality or Performance Index)——路面使用性能指數(shù)。根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范的規(guī)定對路面綜合使用性能進(jìn)行評價,得出評定結(jié)論并給出相應(yīng)的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修建議以及合理的修補(bǔ)方案。 本文主要以對某段高速公路路面技術(shù)狀況的現(xiàn)場檢測為例,闡述整個檢測過程及對檢測結(jié)果的分析并提出了相應(yīng)的處理方案。 首先對該高速公路的路段進(jìn)行了路面損壞、路面平整度、路面車轍和路面抗滑性能等指標(biāo)的檢測,經(jīng)過對檢測數(shù)據(jù)的分析,此路段路面損壞較為嚴(yán)重,各項指標(biāo)檢測結(jié)果均不夠理想。考慮到其結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度可能會受到影響,于是采用落錘式彎沉儀FWD對路面結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了檢測。彎沉檢測后發(fā)現(xiàn)部分路段結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度較低,需大修,則又利用探地雷達(dá)檢測路面結(jié)構(gòu)損壞的具體情況以利于維修方案的制定。最后參照《公路養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)規(guī)范》對路面的維修提出方案。 公路路面技術(shù)狀況評價與分析通過總結(jié)路面病害形成的內(nèi)在、外在原因,如施工材料、溫度、濕度、季節(jié)、交通量等等,根據(jù)病害程度提出有針對性的養(yǎng)護(hù)維修建議,確定需要采取的相應(yīng)補(bǔ)救措施,從而保證了高速公路路面的通行質(zhì)量。公路路面技術(shù)狀況檢測所得出的數(shù)據(jù)及計算所得結(jié)果也有利于對公路路面的設(shè)計,為路面施工等各方面提供有力的資料和經(jīng)驗,同時也有助于理論上的研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and coordinated development of our economy and the continuous growth of traffic volume, the highway network of our country tends to be perfect, but at the same time, the traffic volume is increasing day by day, and the phenomenon of rapid large-scale and serious overload of vehicles also appears generally. Make the highway pavement of our country face severe test at present. Many expressway asphalt pavements show certain early damage, such as cracks, oil flooding, spalling, rutting and so on. Some expressways even suffered from diseases in the year they were opened to traffic, and the normal maintenance period was greatly advanced. Directly affected the operation of the vehicle, but also increased the investment in maintenance and management funds. In view of this phenomenon, our country generally adopts the way of regular detection of highway pavement technical condition to make accurate evaluation of the cracks, flooding, spalling, rutting, subsidence, hugging, wave and other diseases of highway pavement. Finally put forward the maintenance and repair proposal and determine the treatment plan. The regular detection of highway pavement technical condition is firstly to investigate and detect the basic diseases, including pavement damage, pavement smoothness, pavement rutting, pavement anti-skid performance and pavement structural strength, etc. More advanced automated equipment is usually used to detect, such as intelligent road surface data detection vehicle (can simultaneously detect road surface damage, pavement smoothness, pavement rutting, pavement construction depth and other indicators, pavement lateral force coefficient test vehicle, etc.) Falling weight deflectometer and ground penetrating radar. Through the statistical analysis of the testing data of the above indicators, According to the analysis results, the corresponding pavement damage index PCI, pavement quality index RQI, pavement rutting depth index RDI, pavement skid resistance index Sri and pavement structural strength index PASSIwere calculated. The PQI Pavement Pavement quality or performance Index-pavement performance index is calculated. The comprehensive performance of pavement is evaluated according to the relevant specifications, and the evaluation conclusions are obtained, and the corresponding maintenance suggestions and reasonable repair schemes are given. This paper mainly takes the field detection of a section of expressway pavement technical condition as an example, expounds the whole detection process and the analysis of the test result, and puts forward the corresponding treatment scheme. First of all, the pavement damage, pavement smoothness, rutting and anti-skid performance of the expressway are tested. Through the analysis of the detection data, the road surface damage is serious in this section. The test results of each index are not satisfactory. Considering that the structural strength may be affected, FWD is used to detect the structural strength of pavement. After the deflection detection, it is found that some sections of the road are of low strength and need to be overhauled, and then the ground penetrating radar is used to detect the concrete condition of the pavement structure damage in order to facilitate the establishment of the maintenance scheme. Finally, with reference to the Technical Specification for Highway maintenance, a scheme for pavement maintenance is put forward. Evaluation and Analysis of Highway pavement Technical situation through summing up the internal and external causes of road surface diseases, such as construction materials, temperature, humidity, season, traffic volume and so on, the paper puts forward pertinent suggestions for maintenance and repair according to the degree of disease. The corresponding remedial measures should be taken to ensure the quality of the expressway pavement. The data obtained from the technical condition test of highway pavement and the calculated results are also beneficial to the design of highway pavement and provide the powerful data and experience for the pavement construction and so on. It is also helpful to the theoretical research at the same time.
