【摘要】:在土木工程建設的十幾年以來,由于我國的土木交通工程運輸事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,使我國的一大批跨度連續(xù)梁呈現(xiàn)發(fā)展的趨勢,但是如何確保連續(xù)梁在施工過程中的安全性與準確度,成為一個非常關鍵的問題。因此連續(xù)梁的施工監(jiān)控技術就非常重要。在預應力管道注漿施工中,注漿質量主要依靠施工隊伍經(jīng)驗和職業(yè)操守來控制管道注漿壓力、屏漿時間和注漿質量等,同時注漿施工記錄依靠人工進行記錄,注漿施工隨意性大、可溯源性差、數(shù)據(jù)可靠性差。預應力管道注漿不密實,在橋梁建成后,即使發(fā)現(xiàn)管道注漿質量不良補救也十分困難。智能張拉與壓漿設備的出現(xiàn),則是上述問題得到一定的解決。本文研究對象就是針對在智能張拉與壓漿施工工藝下的連續(xù)梁懸臂施工監(jiān)控技術的研究,該研究不但開發(fā)出精確的智能張拉與壓漿系統(tǒng)與設備,而且對該橋的施工監(jiān)控技術進行了實踐應用,從而說明了智能張拉壓漿技術在連續(xù)梁懸臂法施工中具有很好的可行性。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years of civil engineering construction, due to the continuous development of civil engineering and transportation in China, a large number of span continuous beams in our country have shown a trend of development. However, how to ensure the safety and accuracy of continuous beam in construction process has become a key issue. Therefore, continuous beam construction monitoring technology is very important. In prestressed pipeline grouting construction, grouting quality mainly depends on construction team experience and professional conduct to control pipeline grouting pressure, grouting time and grouting quality, while grouting construction records are recorded manually. Grouting construction random, poor traceability, poor data reliability. After the bridge is built, it is very difficult to remedy the poor grouting quality even if the grouting quality of the prestressed pipeline is not dense. The emergence of intelligent tensioning and grouting equipment is a solution to the above problems. The research object of this paper is to study the cantilever construction monitoring technology of continuous beam under intelligent tensioning and grouting construction technology. This research not only develops the accurate intelligent stretching and grouting system and equipment, Moreover, the construction monitoring technology of the bridge is applied in practice, which shows that the intelligent tensioning and grouting technology is feasible in the construction of continuous beam cantilever method.
