【摘要】：隨著交通事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)橋梁建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的巨大進(jìn)步和成就,進(jìn)入了世界橋梁大國(guó)的行列,正穩(wěn)步向世界橋梁強(qiáng)國(guó)邁進(jìn)。由于在創(chuàng)新理念、核心與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)自主開(kāi)發(fā)、工程建設(shè)的計(jì)劃與控制等重要方面存在的不足,使得我國(guó)大多數(shù)施工建設(shè)企業(yè)還在不斷的思考和攻克這方面的難題。認(rèn)真研究和探討橋梁工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與控制的基本策略和技術(shù)措施等,是橋梁工程施工建設(shè)企業(yè)今后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)期需進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展的重要工作。正是基于這樣的背景,本文的撰寫研究聚焦鐵路交通施工建設(shè)企業(yè),關(guān)于鐵路橋梁施工項(xiàng)目管理中的計(jì)劃與控制環(huán)節(jié),選材位于貴州省銅仁地區(qū)玉屏侗族自治縣的新建滬昆客專貴州段CKGZTJ-1標(biāo)七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行計(jì)劃控制與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的研究分析。本文提出七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目控制與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究是在全面闡述本課題研究的背景和意義、內(nèi)容和方法的基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與控制以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的項(xiàng)目管理理論和國(guó)內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜述后引入本課題;然后在全面介紹七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的概況的基礎(chǔ)上分析了本橋梁建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目管理目標(biāo)。接著基于工程項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與控制理論和方法,重點(diǎn)分析了七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的工期、成本、質(zhì)量這三大核心目標(biāo)的計(jì)劃和控制相干問(wèn)題和措施,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步開(kāi)展了七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面的規(guī)劃與控制的研究和分析,補(bǔ)充和完善了整個(gè)七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與控制研究?jī)?nèi)容。本文以七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目為研究對(duì)象,從項(xiàng)目管理、工程管理的基本理論出發(fā),通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理計(jì)劃與控制的工具方法的應(yīng)用使得七里塘特大橋施工建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的工期、成本、質(zhì)量以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得到了較好的控制,順利的按照項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃完成了建設(shè)任務(wù),并達(dá)到了預(yù)期的建設(shè)目標(biāo)。較好的為本企業(yè)合理的開(kāi)展鐵路橋梁施工建設(shè)提供指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn),同時(shí)還對(duì)豐富橋梁工程項(xiàng)目管理理論及對(duì)實(shí)際工程的完成提供重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of transportation, the construction of bridges in our country has made great progress and achievements that attract the attention of the world, and has entered the ranks of the great bridge countries in the world, and is steadily stepping forward to the world bridge powers. Because of the shortcomings in the innovation idea, the independent development of the core and key technology, the plan and control of the project construction, most construction and construction enterprises in our country are still thinking and overcoming the problems in this respect. It is an important work for the bridge construction enterprises to study and discuss the basic strategy and technical measures of the planning and control of the bridge construction projects for a long period in the future. Based on this background, this paper focuses on railway traffic construction enterprises, the planning and control links in railway bridge construction project management. The selection of materials is located in the Yuping Dong Autonomous County of Tongren Prefecture of Guizhou Province. The study and analysis of the construction project of Qilitang extra large Bridge with CKGZTJ-1 standard in Guizhou section are carried out in the aspects of planning control and risk management. This paper puts forward the research of the construction project control and risk management of Qilitang super bridge, which is the background and significance of this research. On the basis of the content and methods, this paper introduces this subject by summarizing the project planning and control and the risk management theory and the domestic research status. Then, on the basis of introducing the general situation of Qilitang super bridge construction project, the project management goal of the bridge construction is analyzed. Then, based on the theory and method of project planning and control, the paper analyzes the planning and control problems and measures of the construction project of Qilitang super bridge, including the construction period, cost and quality. On this basis, further research and analysis on risk management planning and control of construction project of Qilitang super bridge is carried out, which complements and perfects the planning and control research content of the whole construction project of Qilitang super bridge. Based on the basic theory of project management and project management, this paper takes the construction project of Qilitang Bridge as the research object, and through the application of project management planning and control tools, makes the construction project of Qilitang extra large Bridge during the construction period. The cost, quality and risk are well controlled, the construction task is completed smoothly according to the project plan, and the expected construction target is achieved. It provides guidance for the enterprise to carry out the construction of railway bridges reasonably, and also provides important reference value for enriching the theory of bridge project management and for the completion of practical projects.
