【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的全面發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)易逐步轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)陸區(qū)域,集裝箱多式聯(lián)運(yùn)和綜合物流業(yè)快速發(fā)展。集裝箱鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)是多式聯(lián)運(yùn)的一種重要的形式,是將鐵路運(yùn)輸和水路運(yùn)輸結(jié)合起來(lái)以集裝箱運(yùn)輸為主的一種非常高效的聯(lián)合運(yùn)輸方式,實(shí)施一次裝箱、一單到底、信息共享、全程服務(wù),在大宗散堆裝貨物和長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸貨物中具有無(wú)與倫比的優(yōu)勢(shì)。鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站是將鐵路運(yùn)輸和水路運(yùn)輸銜接起來(lái)的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)是貨物流通周轉(zhuǎn)的必經(jīng)之路。鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)施設(shè)備繁多,布局復(fù)雜,作業(yè)靈活。研究鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站的設(shè)施設(shè)備,優(yōu)化港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)的布置,加強(qiáng)港站的生產(chǎn)組織工作,不僅影響港站的集裝箱裝卸搬運(yùn)的效率,更涉及到鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)整體作業(yè)的進(jìn)度和效率。 本文在充分了解國(guó)內(nèi)外鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站的發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了我國(guó)鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站發(fā)展中的不足之處。從鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)系統(tǒng)分析入手,首先給出了鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)的概念,從不同的角度對(duì)鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,并對(duì)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)內(nèi)涵做出了界定,總結(jié)了鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)的特點(diǎn)和功能;接著又深入探討了鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)的運(yùn)營(yíng)組織模式;在此基礎(chǔ)上,又從港站集裝箱裝卸換裝作業(yè)和港站集裝箱貨運(yùn)作業(yè)兩個(gè)方面詳細(xì)分析了鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)流程。然后明確了鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)布局的內(nèi)容,總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有設(shè)施布局規(guī)劃的理論方法;指出了當(dāng)前SLP方法的不足之處和改進(jìn)措施,對(duì)鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱功能區(qū)進(jìn)行了劃分和功能分析,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的SLP法對(duì)鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)進(jìn)行了布局規(guī)劃的實(shí)施。接著建立了以作業(yè)區(qū)間的集裝箱搬運(yùn)總成本最少和綜合相關(guān)性最大的鐵水聯(lián)運(yùn)港站集裝箱作業(yè)區(qū)布局優(yōu)化的多目標(biāo)模型,通過(guò)對(duì)多目標(biāo)規(guī)劃模型的分析,又將模型轉(zhuǎn)換為可用遺傳算法求解的帶懲罰項(xiàng)的單目標(biāo)函數(shù),然后運(yùn)用遺傳算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行求解。最后,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,結(jié)合相關(guān)調(diào)研資料,以青島港為實(shí)例,對(duì)前面的理論方法展開(kāi)了案例分析。
[Abstract]:With the overall development of China's economy, domestic and foreign trade is gradually turning inland, container multimodal transport and integrated logistics industry develop rapidly. Containerized hot metal transport is an important form of multimodal transport. It is a highly efficient mode of combined transport, which combines railway transport with waterway transport, mainly container transport, and implements a single packing, a single end, and information sharing. Full service, bulk cargo and long-distance transport of goods with unparalleled advantages. The railway and waterway transportation is the key node of the railway and waterway transportation, and the container operation area of the port station is the only way for the circulation and turnover of goods. There are many facilities, complex layout and flexible operation in container operation area. This paper studies the facilities and equipment of the combined railway station, optimizes the layout of the container operation area of the port station, and strengthens the production organization of the port station, which not only affects the efficiency of the container handling at the port station, but also relates to the progress and efficiency of the whole operation of the combined railway station. On the basis of fully understanding the development and research status of domestic and foreign hot metal intermodal stations, this paper sums up the deficiencies in the development of China's hot metal intermodal port stations. Starting with the systematic analysis of the container operation area of the combined railway station, this paper first gives the concept of the hot metal intermodal transport, expounds the concept of the railway intermodal station from different angles, and defines the connotation of the container operation area of the port station. This paper summarizes the characteristics and functions of the container operation area of the railway intermodal port station, and then probes into the mode of operation organization of the container operation area of the railway intermodal port station. This paper also analyzes the container operation flow in the two aspects of port station container loading and unloading operation and port station container freight operation in detail. Then the contents of the layout of container operation area of the railway intermodal port station are clarified, the theoretical methods of the existing facilities layout planning are summarized, and the deficiencies and improvement measures of the current SLP method are pointed out. This paper divides and analyzes the function of container function area of the railway intermodal station, and carries out the layout planning of the container operation area by using the improved SLP method. Then, a multi-objective model is established to optimize the layout of the container operation area of the hot metal intermodal port station with the minimum total cost of container handling and the largest comprehensive correlation in the operation area. The analysis of the multi-objective programming model is carried out. Then the model is transformed into a single objective function with penalty term which can be solved by genetic algorithm, and then the model is solved by genetic algorithm. Finally, according to the statistical data, combined with the relevant research data, taking Qingdao Port as an example, the case study of the previous theory and method is carried out.
