【摘要】:瀝青路面的壓實(shí)是控制整體路面結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量非常關(guān)鍵的一步,在道路的改擴(kuò)建過(guò)程中,我們還將遇到諸如異型體等結(jié)構(gòu)形式,會(huì)對(duì)道路的施工效果產(chǎn)生不利影響。本文主要針對(duì)在道路改擴(kuò)建中遇到的由傳統(tǒng)的雙向路拱改為單向路拱施工中,路面異型體結(jié)構(gòu)的施工質(zhì)量難以控制問題,,研究舊路加寬工程中路面加鋪工藝和施工質(zhì)量控制技術(shù),具有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和適用性。 首先,基于瀝青混合料三相組成的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,從不同組成部分分別考慮構(gòu)建模型,得到了具有級(jí)配特征以及粗集料表征能力的瀝青混合料離散元顆粒模型。 其次,依據(jù)瀝青混合料的特征以及不同接觸模型的特點(diǎn),探討了顆粒模型中的不同相之間接觸的接觸和粘結(jié)模式,建立瀝青混合料宏觀力學(xué)性能與各微觀參數(shù)的關(guān)系,結(jié)合室內(nèi)宏觀力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,確定了常用瀝青混合料的各類微觀參數(shù)。 再次,進(jìn)行瀝青混合料室內(nèi)試件成型的模擬,從集料的性質(zhì)以及加載的形式等角度分析不同因素對(duì)混合料壓實(shí)效果以及壓實(shí)響應(yīng)的影響情況,明確了瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)特性。 最后,構(gòu)建大尺度模型對(duì)瀝青路面的施工壓實(shí)進(jìn)行模擬,從混合料厚度、壓實(shí)機(jī)械條件以及下臥層狀態(tài)等角度分析不同因素對(duì)施工壓實(shí)的影響,進(jìn)而提出了合適的異型體結(jié)構(gòu)施工工藝,并且通過(guò)模擬驗(yàn)證施工工藝的有效性。 本文的研究為瀝青路面壓實(shí)過(guò)程的認(rèn)知提供了有效的方法并且對(duì)瀝青路面的異型體結(jié)構(gòu)的施工進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)完善瀝青路面的壓實(shí)工藝具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The compaction of asphalt pavement is a key step to control the quality of the whole pavement structure. In the course of road reconstruction and expansion, we will also encounter structural forms such as abnormal body, which will have a negative impact on the construction effect of the road. This paper mainly aims at the problem that the construction quality of the special-shaped pavement structure is difficult to control in the construction of the road reconstruction and extension from the traditional two-way road arch to the one-way road arch. It is of great practical significance and applicability to study the pavement overlay technology and construction quality control technology in the old road widening project. Firstly, based on the structural characteristics of the three-phase composition of asphalt mixture, the discrete element particle model of asphalt mixture with gradation characteristics and coarse aggregate representation ability is obtained by considering the different components of the model. Secondly, according to the characteristics of asphalt mixture and the characteristics of different contact models, the contact and bond modes between different phases in the particle model are discussed, and the relationship between the macroscopic mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and the microscopic parameters is established. Based on the results of indoor macro-mechanical performance test, the micro-parameters of common asphalt mixture are determined. Thirdly, the paper simulates the forming of asphalt mixture indoor specimen, analyzes the influence of different factors on the compaction effect and compaction response of asphalt mixture from the point of view of aggregate property and loading form, and clarifies the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture. Finally, a large-scale model is built to simulate the construction compaction of asphalt pavement. The influence of different factors on the construction compaction is analyzed from the aspects of mixture thickness, compaction mechanical conditions and the state of the underlying layer. Furthermore, the suitable construction technology of special-shaped body structure is put forward, and the validity of the construction technology is verified by simulation. The research in this paper provides an effective method for the cognition of the compaction process of asphalt pavement, and analyzes the construction of the abnormal structure of asphalt pavement, which is of great practical significance to improve the compaction technology of asphalt pavement.
