考慮碳化殘量的既有鋼筋混凝土橋梁可靠性評(píng)估

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的同時(shí)鋼筋混凝土橋梁在服役過程中由于環(huán)境因素導(dǎo)致的混凝土老化、破損、鋼筋銹蝕等問題越來越嚴(yán)重。如何科學(xué)合理的對(duì)橋梁的使用壽命進(jìn)行評(píng)估已經(jīng)成為了目前廣泛研究的課題。所以對(duì)既有鋼筋混凝土橋梁的可靠性評(píng)估研究不但具有深刻的理論意義,同時(shí)更具有實(shí)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒價(jià)值。本文從既有鋼筋混凝土橋梁普遍存在的混凝土碳化對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的影響著手,對(duì)其可靠性評(píng)估方法進(jìn)行分析,主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)本文首先對(duì)鋼筋混凝土橋梁的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)梳理,并綜合歸納出中心點(diǎn)。同時(shí)針對(duì)這類橋梁的服役現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評(píng)述,探討了既有混凝土橋梁所存在的諸如混凝土碳化以及鋼筋銹蝕等病害對(duì)橋梁使用壽命的影響問題。通過對(duì)既有鋼筋混凝土橋梁可靠性評(píng)估研究現(xiàn)狀的綜合分析,并借鑒已有研究基礎(chǔ)和相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),總結(jié)了可靠性評(píng)估理論在既有橋梁混凝土碳化評(píng)估上的重要意義;(2)對(duì)導(dǎo)致混凝土碳化的各類因素進(jìn)行了分析。對(duì)現(xiàn)有混凝土碳化深度計(jì)算模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的概述,選取不同碳化深度計(jì)算模型通過收集文獻(xiàn)研究成果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算對(duì)比分析;(3)在已有混凝土碳化壽命理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上引入了混凝土碳化殘量作為隨機(jī)變量之一,建立了考慮混凝土橋梁碳化殘量的可靠度指標(biāo)功能函數(shù),給出了可靠度指標(biāo)的計(jì)算公式。(4)本文以湖南某混凝土連續(xù)梁橋?yàn)楣こ虒?shí)例,通過對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分析和處理,驗(yàn)證了相同環(huán)境下不同混凝土強(qiáng)度與碳化深度的關(guān)系?紤]碳化殘量的影響,應(yīng)用可靠度計(jì)算方法對(duì)該橋的可靠性進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范對(duì)該橋的碳化壽命進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)分析,提供對(duì)該類橋型的碳化壽命預(yù)測(cè)一定參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in China, the problems of concrete aging, damage and steel corrosion caused by environmental factors in the service of reinforced concrete bridges are becoming more and more serious. How to evaluate the service life of bridges scientifically and reasonably has become the subject of extensive research. Therefore, the research on reliability evaluation of existing reinforced concrete bridges not only has profound theoretical significance, but also has practical experience and reference value. In this paper, the influence of concrete carbonization on the structure of existing reinforced concrete bridges is analyzed, and the reliability evaluation method is analyzed. The main contents are as follows: (1) this paper firstly summarizes the research status of reinforced concrete bridges and summarizes the central points. At the same time, the present service situation of this kind of bridges is reviewed, and the influence of existing concrete bridges such as concrete carbonization and steel corrosion on the service life of the bridges is discussed. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of reliability evaluation of existing reinforced concrete bridges, and drawing lessons from the existing research foundation and relevant experience, The significance of reliability assessment theory in carbonation assessment of concrete of existing bridges is summarized. The factors leading to carbonation of concrete are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the existing concrete carbonation depth calculation models are briefly summarized. The different carbonation depth calculation models are selected to calculate and compare the data from the literature. The carbonation residual amount of concrete is introduced as one of the random variables on the basis of the theory of carbonation life of concrete. The function of reliability index considering carbonation residue of concrete bridge is established, and the calculation formula of reliability index is given. (4) taking a concrete continuous beam bridge in Hunan as an engineering example, this paper analyzes and deals with the measured data. The relationship between concrete strength and carbonation depth in the same environment is verified. Considering the influence of carbon residue, the reliability calculation method is applied to calculate the reliability of the bridge, and the carbonation life of the bridge is predicted and analyzed according to the relevant codes, which provides a certain reference value for the carbonation life prediction of this kind of bridge.
