火災(zāi)條件下盾構(gòu)襯砌管片接縫防水性能研究

【摘要】:摘要:伴隨我國城鎮(zhèn)化日益進程加快,交通建設(shè)項目與日俱增。作為城市運行的主要載體,公路、鐵路、地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為時代熱點。 本文以盾構(gòu)隧道火災(zāi)為背景,從盾構(gòu)襯砌管片接縫的熱傳導(dǎo)、橡膠密封墊和嵌縫的物理性能和防水性能出發(fā),以橡膠密封墊在高溫前后的防水性能和力學(xué)性能為主要研究內(nèi)容。通過對橡膠密封墊防水試驗和壓縮應(yīng)力試驗的結(jié)果進行總結(jié),得出結(jié)論。最終提出當(dāng)隧道火災(zāi)發(fā)生時,接縫處達到多少溫度,橡膠密封墊失效即完全喪失防水性能。并參考國內(nèi)外盾構(gòu)隧道火災(zāi)條件下橡膠密封墊和嵌縫的受熱受壓性能,提出提高盾構(gòu)襯砌管片接縫防水防火性能的合理化建議。 本文具體研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)針對高溫加熱前后的橡膠密封墊,通過部分物理性能試驗和部分化學(xué)性能試驗,研究不同溫度下橡膠密封墊的力學(xué)性能的退化。 (2)針對高溫加熱前后的橡膠密封墊,通過T字型模擬耐水壓試驗,研究不同溫度條件下橡膠密封墊的防水性能的退化。 (3)通過橡膠密封墊的高溫試驗,設(shè)置梯度溫度,找到壓縮狀態(tài)下彈性橡膠密封墊完全失去防水性能的溫度點。總結(jié)試驗成果,得到火災(zāi)條件下管片接縫防水性能的安全性評定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 (4)結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究狀況,提出提高火災(zāi)狀態(tài)下盾構(gòu)襯砌管片防水防火性能的建議。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the acceleration of urbanization in China, traffic construction projects are increasing day by day. As the main carrier of urban operation, highway, railway, subway shield tunnel construction has become a hot spot of the times. Taking shield tunnel fire as the background, this paper starts from the heat conduction of shield lining segment joint, the physical properties and waterproofing performance of rubber seal gasket and joint, and takes the waterproof property and mechanical property of rubber seal pad before and after high temperature as the main research content. The results of waterproof test and compression stress test of rubber gasket are summarized and the conclusion is drawn. Finally, it is proposed that when the tunnel fire occurs, the rubber gasket loses the waterproofing property completely when the joint reaches the temperature. With reference to the thermal compression performance of rubber gasket and joint under the condition of shield tunnel fire at home and abroad, the reasonable suggestions for improving the waterproof and fire resistance of shield lining segment joint are put forward. The contents of this paper are as follows: 1) the degradation of mechanical properties of rubber gaskets at different temperatures was studied by means of some physical and chemical tests for rubber gaskets before and after high temperature heating. (2) in view of rubber gasket before and after high temperature heating, the degradation of waterproof property of rubber seal under different temperature conditions was studied by using T-shaped simulated water pressure test. Through the high temperature test of rubber gasket and setting gradient temperature, the temperature point where elastic rubber gasket loses its waterproofing property completely under compression state is found. The test results are summarized and the safety evaluation standard for the waterproofing performance of pipe joints under fire condition is obtained. 4) according to the research situation at home and abroad, some suggestions are put forward to improve the waterproof and fire resistance of shield lining segment under fire condition.
