物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)港口物流供應(yīng)鏈的影響及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今港口之間的競(jìng)爭,已越來越表現(xiàn)為供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭,而不再是單個(gè)港口集團(tuán)公司或企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭。港口物流供應(yīng)鏈對(duì)于港口相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展日益重要,其效率影響著供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)所有企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭力。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)是新一代的信息通信技術(shù),將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用于港口物流供應(yīng)鏈,能提升港口物流供應(yīng)鏈效率,增強(qiáng)供應(yīng)鏈成員的競(jìng)爭力。 本文首先通過研究物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與港口物流供應(yīng)鏈的結(jié)合,具體分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)港口物流供應(yīng)鏈的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)、供應(yīng)鏈“三流”和企業(yè)利潤的影響。由于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈信息化水平的改善,,供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)運(yùn)輸、倉儲(chǔ)管理、集裝箱堆場(chǎng)管理、裝卸搬運(yùn)、流通加工等五個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的自動(dòng)化程度、安全性、效率、效益均得到提高。供應(yīng)鏈“三流”——物流、信息流、資金流的運(yùn)作更加敏捷和有效。相應(yīng)的,企業(yè)利潤也會(huì)得到提升。其中文中詳細(xì)分析了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)倉儲(chǔ)管理環(huán)節(jié)的影響,并從技術(shù)層面對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)的部分功能進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。 其次,在上述章節(jié)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)港口物流供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)企業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的決策與模式做出了研究。結(jié)合港口物流供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)企業(yè)類型的劃分,基于利潤角度,給出了企業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的決策模型。并進(jìn)一步的,為了提高港口物流供應(yīng)鏈的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用水平,提升供應(yīng)鏈中各參與方的收益,給出了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的港口物流供應(yīng)鏈多階段協(xié)作與競(jìng)爭分析模型。 最后,通過實(shí)證分析對(duì)論文中提出的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用研究與設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了算法驗(yàn)證和結(jié)果分析。并定量對(duì)比了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的港口物流供應(yīng)鏈多階段協(xié)作與競(jìng)爭分析模型中提出的不同策略模式下,案例企業(yè)所在的港口物流供應(yīng)鏈中各參與方的努力水平和利潤水平。同時(shí)從企業(yè)和政府的角度提出了相應(yīng)建議,這對(duì)企業(yè)在港口物流供應(yīng)鏈內(nèi)充分合理地應(yīng)用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)來提高港口企業(yè)競(jìng)爭力,促進(jìn)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition among ports is more and more the competition between supply chains, not between individual port group companies or enterprises. Port logistics supply chain is becoming more and more important for the development of port related industries, and its efficiency affects the competitiveness of all enterprises in the supply chain. The Internet of things is a new generation of information and communication technology. Applying it to the port logistics supply chain can enhance the efficiency of the port logistics supply chain and enhance the competitiveness of the members of the supply chain. Firstly, through the research of the combination of the Internet of things and the port logistics supply chain, this paper analyzes the influence of the Internet of things on each link of the port logistics supply chain, the "third flow" of the supply chain and the profit of the enterprise. Due to the improvement of the information level of the supply chain by the Internet of things, the automation degree, security, efficiency and benefit of the five links in the supply chain such as transportation, storage management, container yard management, loading and unloading, circulation and processing are all improved. Supply chain "three-stream"-logistics, information flow, capital flow operation more agile and effective. Accordingly, the enterprise profits will also be raised. The influence of Internet of things on warehouse management is analyzed in detail in Chinese, and some functions of Internet of things are designed from the technical level. Secondly, on the basis of the above chapters, this paper makes a study on the decision and mode of the application of the Internet of things in the port logistics supply chain. Combined with the classification of enterprise types in the port logistics supply chain and based on the profit angle, the decision model of the application of the Internet of things in the enterprise is given. Furthermore, in order to improve the application level of the port logistics supply chain and enhance the income of the participants in the supply chain, a multi-stage cooperation and competition analysis model of port logistics supply chain based on the Internet of things is presented. Finally, through the empirical analysis, the application research and design method of Internet of things proposed in this paper are verified and the results are analyzed. And quantitative comparison of the port logistics supply chain based on the Internet of things multi-stage collaboration and competition analysis model proposed in the different strategic models, the case of the port logistics supply chain in the port logistics supply chain participants' efforts and profit levels. At the same time, the corresponding suggestions are put forward from the angle of enterprise and government, which is of great significance for enterprises to fully and reasonably apply Internet of things in port logistics supply chain to improve the competitiveness of port enterprises and promote the economic development of related industries.
