【摘要】：文章在總結國外內經驗的基礎上,結合江蘇省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的實際要求,提出了江蘇省公路功能分類的基本框架及其服務對象,并從體制機制、管理手段、技術標準層面提出了公路功能分類的應用建議。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summing up the experience of foreign countries and combining with the practical requirements of new urbanization in Jiangsu Province, the paper puts forward the basic framework of highway function classification in Jiangsu Province and its service object, and puts forward the system, mechanism and management means. At the level of technical standard, the application suggestion of highway function classification is put forward.
