【摘要】:隨著國家節(jié)能降耗,走可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路政策的出臺,道路施工中的瀝青路面冷再生技術得到了廣泛應用,冷再生機作為再生技術的核心施工設備,因其結構復雜、功能多、自動控制要求高,一直以來都被視為再生技術應用中的瓶頸,尤其是智能化控制方面還有待提高。這樣就有必要對瀝青路面冷再生機控制系統(tǒng)進行整體開發(fā)設計。 本論文主要研究的是路面冷再生機自動控制系統(tǒng)。通過收集、比較、分析了國內外冷再生機的性能參數(shù)、技術特點等,,闡述了國內外冷再生機的發(fā)展狀況,并給出了冷再生機的一般定義、組成結構和控制功能。通過分析冷再生機施工工藝過程,提出了控制系統(tǒng)功能需求和控制系統(tǒng)原理,根據(jù)功能要求及原理進行了冷再生機控制系統(tǒng)的總體方案設計、硬件配置、程序設計和應用實例分析。 在冷再生機系統(tǒng)設計方面,完成了發(fā)動機控制系統(tǒng)方案、行走控制系統(tǒng)方案、轉向控制系統(tǒng)方案、再生劑噴灑控制系統(tǒng)方案、冷卻風扇控制系統(tǒng)方案和輔助裝置控制系統(tǒng)方案。在硬件設計方面,給出了基于CAN總線通信技術的冷再生機全數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡控制系統(tǒng)方案,完成了智能控制器、人機界面和坡度控制器的硬件設計,并對控制器進行了針腳分配。在軟件設計方面,給出了冷再生機控制系統(tǒng)的主程序結構,設計完成了行走控制程序流程、噴灑控制程序流程、轉向控制程序流程和通訊顯示系統(tǒng)程序流程,并給出了相關流程圖。在應用實例分析方面,介紹了ZBL2500型冷再生機的各項控制功能,通過城市道路改造和鄉(xiāng)村道路改造的再生施工工業(yè)性考核試驗過程分析,驗證了控制系統(tǒng)的可行性。 冷再生機控制系統(tǒng)的性能試驗表明,冷再生機的各控制單元功能完備、控制簡便、故障率低,達到了設計要求,可以進行批量生產。目前,該冷再生機控制系統(tǒng)已經應用在鼎盛天工工程機械有限公司的ZBL2500型冷再生機上,并已經量產。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of the national policy of energy saving and consumption reduction and sustainable development, the cold recycling technology of asphalt pavement in road construction has been widely used. As the core construction equipment of recycling technology, cold recycling machine has complex structure and many functions. Automatic control has been regarded as the bottleneck in the application of regenerative technology, especially in intelligent control. In this way, it is necessary to develop and design the control system of asphalt pavement cold recycling machine. This paper mainly studies the automatic control system of road surface cold regenerator. Through collecting, comparing and analyzing the performance parameters and technical characteristics of the cold regenerator at home and abroad, the development status of the cold regenerator at home and abroad is expounded, and the general definition, composition structure and control function of the cold regenerator are given. Through analyzing the construction process of cold regenerator, the function requirement and control system principle of control system are put forward. According to the function requirement and principle, the overall scheme design and hardware configuration of the control system of cold regenerator are carried out. Program design and application analysis. In the aspect of cold regenerator system design, the engine control system, the walking control system, the steering control system, the regenerator spraying control system, the cooling fan control system and the auxiliary device control system are completed. In the aspect of hardware design, the whole digital network control system scheme of cold regenerator based on CAN bus communication technology is presented. The hardware design of intelligent controller, man-machine interface and slope controller is completed, and the controller is allocated with pins. In the aspect of software design, the main program structure of the control system of cold regenerator is given. The flow of walking control program, spraying control program, steering control program and communication display system are designed and completed. The flow chart is given. The control functions of ZBL2500 type cold regeneration machine are introduced in the application case analysis. The feasibility of the control system is verified by the analysis of the industrial test process of urban road reconstruction and rural road reconstruction. The performance test of the control system of the cold regenerator shows that the control unit of the cold regenerator has complete function, simple control and low failure rate, which can meet the design requirements and can be produced in batches. At present, the control system of the cold regenerator has been applied to the ZBL2500 cold regenerator of Dingsheng Tiangong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.
