港口移動式高架起重機變幅系統(tǒng)方案設計

【摘要】:港口移動式高架起重機是一種在汽車起重機基礎上發(fā)展起來的,廣泛應用于港口完成裝卸、堆碼及轉運等作業(yè)的可方便轉場的新機種。高架起重機的工作環(huán)境復雜,工作級別高,在滿足臂架強度要求的前提下,要求油缸受力小,且重物在變幅過程中水平移動。因此,其變幅系統(tǒng)的設計合理與否直接影響整機性能的優(yōu)劣。本文以高架起重機變幅系統(tǒng)為研究對象,分析變幅系統(tǒng)設計的關鍵目標,建立變幅系統(tǒng)設計計算模型,運用解析法對高架起重機變幅系統(tǒng)的計算方法進行了研究,并開發(fā)了變幅系統(tǒng)方案設計軟件。本文主要研究工作包括以下幾個方面: (1)研究了滑輪組補償法的基本原理,建立了滑輪組補償法計算模型,給出了高架起重機補償滑輪位置的確定方法及重物運動軌跡的計算方法。 (2)分析了決定高架起重機起重性能的主要因素,并分別從整機傾覆穩(wěn)定性和臂架力學性能角度建立了起重性能計算模型,給出了高架起重機起重性能計算方法。 (3)研究了高架起重機變幅系統(tǒng)三鉸點布局設計的計算方法,建立了變幅油缸計算模型,給出了高架起重機油缸受力及穩(wěn)定性校核的計算方法。 (4)開發(fā)了港口移動式高架起重機變幅系統(tǒng)方案設計軟件,并以YHC280型高架起重機為研究對象,利用設計軟件對其進行設計計算,獲得了變幅系統(tǒng)參數(shù),驗證了軟件設計計算的合理性和實用性。
[Abstract]:Port mobile overhead crane is a kind of new machine which is developed on the basis of truck crane and widely used in port to complete loading and unloading, stacking and transshipment, etc. The working environment of the overhead crane is complex and the working grade is high. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of the strength of the boom, it is required that the cylinder bear less force and the weight move horizontally in the process of changing amplitude. Therefore, whether the design of the amplitude-varying system is reasonable or not directly affects the performance of the whole machine. In this paper, the key object of the design of the luffing system is analyzed, and the design and calculation model of the luffing system is established. The calculation method of the luffing system of the elevated crane is studied by using the analytical method. The design software of amplitude change system is also developed. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1) the basic principle of the pulley compensation method is studied, the calculation model of the pulley compensation method is established, and the determination method of the compensation pulley position of the overhead crane and the calculation method of the motion track of the heavy object are given. The main factors determining the lifting performance of the overhead crane are analyzed, and the calculation model of the hoisting performance is established from the angles of the overturning stability of the whole crane and the mechanical properties of the boom respectively, and the calculation method of the hoisting performance of the elevated crane is given. In this paper, the calculation method of three hinged point layout of the luffing system of elevated crane is studied, the calculating model of the variable amplitude oil cylinder is established, and the calculation method for checking the stress and stability of the oil cylinder of the elevated crane is given. In this paper, the design software of the luffing system of port mobile overhead crane is developed. Taking YHC280 type elevated crane as the research object, the parameters of the system are obtained by using the design software. The rationality and practicability of software design and calculation are verified.
