【摘要】:在我國西電東送的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中,南部通道主要由貴州、云南火電廠及兩省交界處水電廠的電能資源向廣東方面輸送。貴州省煤礦資源豐富,主要通過火力發(fā)電廠發(fā)電,大量燃煤產(chǎn)生的粉煤灰已經(jīng)引起了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染,電廠為處置粉煤灰花費(fèi)大量資金征地并建設(shè)貯存場(chǎng),粉煤灰堆積不僅造成土地資源占用、破壞原地面土質(zhì)等惡劣影響,還影響到當(dāng)?shù)厝罕姷恼I睿瑖?yán)重的地區(qū)危及人體健康。 貴州高速公路建設(shè)為粉煤灰處理問題提供了新的途徑,可以有效大量消耗粉煤灰,提升粉煤灰的利用率。本文依托《貴州高速公路粉煤灰筑路綜合利用技術(shù)研究》對(duì)粉煤灰作筑路材料進(jìn)行研究,計(jì)算粉煤灰路堤、石灰粉煤灰穩(wěn)定碎石基層以及粉煤灰水泥混凝土路面三類摻粉煤灰的道路結(jié)構(gòu)層的預(yù)算定額,為貴州省同類型工程采用粉煤灰做筑路材料時(shí)提供參考。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: ①實(shí)地收集貴州5個(gè)電廠的粉煤灰樣品,通過試驗(yàn)研究總結(jié)每種粉煤灰的物理性質(zhì)、化學(xué)性質(zhì)及工程性能; ②分別提出粉煤灰典型路堤結(jié)構(gòu)組成形式、石灰粉煤灰穩(wěn)定碎石基層結(jié)構(gòu)、粉煤灰水泥混凝土路面結(jié)構(gòu),通過試驗(yàn)研究得出粉煤灰結(jié)構(gòu)層的最佳配合比,,分析每種結(jié)構(gòu)層的路用性能和施工工藝等; ③根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查得到人、機(jī)、料的實(shí)際消耗數(shù)據(jù),按照現(xiàn)行規(guī)范規(guī)定的預(yù)算定額編制辦法及公路工程預(yù)算定額等相關(guān)規(guī)范,補(bǔ)充編制完成《貴州省高速公路利用粉煤灰筑路相關(guān)定額》; ④綜合分析粉煤灰筑路材料施工技術(shù)及定額研究的意義,從社會(huì)人文、環(huán)境污染以及用粉煤灰為電廠和工程建設(shè)帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。 本文對(duì)貴州省5個(gè)電廠生產(chǎn)的粉煤灰在公路建設(shè)方面的應(yīng)用展開研究,力求證明在公路建設(shè)上采用粉煤灰作筑路材料切實(shí)可行,不但可以解決粉煤灰對(duì)社會(huì)環(huán)境及工業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的負(fù)面影響,而且從一定程度上可以起到降低公路建設(shè)成本的作用,對(duì)貴州省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及交通建設(shè)兩方面都非常有利。
[Abstract]:In the development strategy of power transmission from west to east in China, the southern corridor is mainly transported to Guangdong by the power resources of Guizhou, Yunnan thermal power plants and hydropower plants at the junction of the two provinces. Guizhou is rich in coal resources, mainly through coal-fired power plants, a large number of coal-fired coal ash has caused serious environmental pollution, power plants spend a lot of money to dispose of fly ash land requisition and construction of storage sites. The accumulation of fly ash not only results in the occupation of land resources, but also affects the normal life of local people and endangers human health in serious areas. The construction of Guizhou expressway provides a new way to deal with the problem of fly ash, which can effectively consume fly ash and improve the utilization ratio of fly ash. Based on the comprehensive utilization technology of fly ash in Guizhou Expressway, this paper studies fly ash as road building material, and calculates the flyash embankment. The budget quota of lime fly ash stabilized crushed stone base and fly ash cement concrete pavement three kinds of road structure layer mixed with fly ash provides a reference for the use of fly ash as road construction material in the same type of engineering in Guizhou province. The main contents of the study are as follows: 1 collect fly ash samples from 5 power plants in Guizhou, and summarize the physical, chemical and engineering properties of each kind of fly ash through experimental study; 2 respectively put forward the typical structure form of fly ash embankment, lime fly ash stabilized crushed stone base structure, fly ash cement concrete pavement structure, get the best mix ratio of fly ash structure layer through the test research, The road performance and construction technology of each structure layer are analyzed. 3According to the actual data of human, machine and material consumption obtained from the site investigation of construction, and according to the method of compiling budget quota and highway engineering budget quota, and so on, Completion of supplementary compilation of "Guizhou Province highway using fly ash road building related quota"; (4) the significance of construction technology and quota research of fly ash road construction material is analyzed synthetically. The social humanities, environmental pollution and the economic value brought by using fly ash for power plant and engineering construction are analyzed. In this paper, the application of fly ash produced in 5 power plants in Guizhou Province in highway construction is studied, and it is proved that it is feasible to use fly ash as road material in highway construction. It can not only solve the negative impact of fly ash on social environment and industrial development, but also reduce the cost of highway construction to a certain extent, which is very beneficial to the economic development and traffic construction of Guizhou Province.
