橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測儀的研發(fā)與應用

【摘要】:橋梁預應力管道注漿施工被視為一項隱蔽工程,注漿質(zhì)量的好壞取決于施工工藝和施工管理水平,在實際生產(chǎn)過程中,注漿后的梁體往往存在注漿不密實和完全空管的情況,很難達到設計要求。近年來,梁體預應力消失導致的大橋坍塌事故時有發(fā)生,造成重大安全事故和經(jīng)濟損失。預應力體系的優(yōu)勢是建立在預應力筋與混凝土黏結完好的基礎上,預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響整個預應力結構的安全性、可靠性和使用壽命。因此,必須對橋梁預應力管道的注漿質(zhì)量進行檢測,排除橋梁的安全隱患,確保橋梁施工質(zhì)量達到設計要求和合理受力狀態(tài)。 目前,國內(nèi)外還沒有一套系統(tǒng)完善的橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測技術,針對當今工程質(zhì)量無損檢測的要求,開展橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測技術的研究工作具有十分重要的價值。本文以云南航天工程物探檢測股份有限公司科研項目為依托,進行了橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測成套技術研究,研究工作主要取得了以下成果: 1、查閱了大量國內(nèi)外相關文獻,對橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作了歸納和總結,并以此為參考,探索一種準確、高效的預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測的新思路,結合橋梁檢測的實際需求進行了新思路的可行性驗證。 2、重點闡述了基于彈性波動理論的預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測原理,在現(xiàn)有檢測技術的基礎上,對預應力管道注漿缺陷定位技術的相關理論進行了更深一步的理論推導。 3、首次對橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測的震源和信號進行了研究,并對特定震源信號下不同飽滿度管道響應的波速、能量衰減和頻移等特征值作了數(shù)理統(tǒng)計。 4、研發(fā)了一套基于Wi-Fi無線傳輸技術的橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測儀,儀器配備可控超磁震源和專業(yè)預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測信號采集與分析軟件,具備注漿飽滿度等級快速智能評價和注漿缺陷定位功能,儀器的準確性和穩(wěn)定性得到模型驗證試驗驗證。 5、參照云南省橋梁檢測地方標準,建立了一套高效的預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測流程,經(jīng)項目推廣應用,橋梁預應力管道注漿質(zhì)量檢測成套技術的適用性和高效性得到了業(yè)主和第三方檢測單位的一致認可。
[Abstract]:The grouting construction of prestressed bridge pipeline is regarded as a hidden project, and the quality of grouting depends on the construction technology and construction management level. In the actual production process, the grouting beam body often exists the situation that the grouting is not dense and the empty pipe is completely empty. It is difficult to meet the design requirements. In recent years, bridge collapses caused by the loss of beam prestressing force occur from time to time, resulting in major safety accidents and economic losses. The advantage of prestressed system is that the quality of prestressed pipe grouting directly affects the security, reliability and service life of the whole prestressed structure. Therefore, it is necessary to check the grouting quality of bridge prestressed pipeline, eliminate the hidden danger of bridge safety, and ensure that the quality of bridge construction meets the design requirements and reasonable stress state. At present, there is not a set of systematic and perfect grouting quality inspection technology for bridge prestressed pipeline at home and abroad. It is of great value to carry out the research on grouting quality detection technology of bridge prestressed pipeline. Based on the scientific research project of Yunnan Aerospace Engineering Geophysical Exploration and testing Co., Ltd., this paper has carried out a complete set of technology research on grouting quality testing of prestressed bridge pipeline. The research work has obtained the following results: 1. A large number of domestic and foreign literatures are consulted, and the present situation of grouting quality detection of prestressed bridge pipeline is summarized and summarized. Based on this, a new idea of accurate and efficient grouting quality detection for prestressed pipeline is explored. The feasibility of the new train of thought is verified according to the actual demand of bridge detection. 2. The principle of grouting quality detection of prestressed pipeline based on elastic fluctuation theory is expounded. On the basis of the existing inspection technology, the related theory of grouting defect location technology in prestressed pipeline is further deduced. 3. For the first time, the source and signal of grouting quality detection for bridge prestressed pipeline are studied, and the characteristic values of wave velocity, energy attenuation and frequency shift of pipeline with different plumpness under specific source signal are calculated. 4. Based on Wi-Fi wireless transmission technology, a grouting quality detector for bridge prestressed pipeline is developed. The instrument is equipped with vibromagnetic source and professional prestressing pipeline grouting quality detection signal acquisition and analysis software. It has the function of quick and intelligent evaluation of grouting fullness and localization of grouting defects. The accuracy and stability of the instrument are verified by model verification test. 5. Referring to the local standard of bridge inspection in Yunnan Province, a set of high efficient grouting quality inspection flow of prestressed pipeline has been established, which has been popularized and applied by the project. The applicability and efficiency of the whole set of grouting quality testing technology for bridge prestressed pipeline have been unanimously recognized by the owner and the third party inspection unit.
