懸臂澆筑預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋施工監(jiān)控研究

【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋受力特點(diǎn)是跨中截面承受正彎矩,支點(diǎn)截面承受負(fù)彎矩,在建設(shè)過程中廣泛采取懸臂澆筑的施工方法,由于懸臂體系與預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)體系梁橋有共同之處。懸臂施工中施工監(jiān)控是橋梁建設(shè)的質(zhì)量保證,保證已成橋的線形以及受力狀態(tài)符合設(shè)計要求。 文章以小清河大橋施工監(jiān)控實(shí)際工程為依托,旨在研究線形控制理論、誤差預(yù)測方法,結(jié)構(gòu)受力安全性分析,確保施工安全,為該類型實(shí)際工程提供數(shù)據(jù)分析參考。文章首先介紹預(yù)應(yīng)力梁橋的發(fā)展概況,施工監(jiān)控的研究現(xiàn)狀及意義;其次,重點(diǎn)闡述施工監(jiān)控的原理與方法,對施工反饋、預(yù)測理論及殘差精度進(jìn)行研究;再次,利用有限元軟件對小清河大橋進(jìn)行施工模擬,分析累計撓度曲線、預(yù)拱度設(shè)定,進(jìn)行掛籃試驗(yàn),從而確定保證成橋合理線形的立模標(biāo)高。最后,,對線形控制分析,根據(jù)灰色理論預(yù)測誤差,及時調(diào)整合理線形;進(jìn)行彈性模量試驗(yàn),考慮收縮徐變影響,對應(yīng)力控制分析,保證橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)安全性。文章分析可為同類型橋梁的施工控制提供參考并推動該類型橋梁建設(shè)的發(fā)展,相信隨著施工監(jiān)控技術(shù)日益成熟,施工監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)將是橋梁建設(shè)的安全保障。
[Abstract]:The stress characteristics of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge are that the mid-span section bears the positive moment and the fulcrum section bears the negative moment. In the process of construction, the cantilever construction method is widely adopted, because the cantilever system and the prestressed continuous system beam bridge have common points. Construction monitoring in cantilever construction is the quality assurance of bridge construction, which ensures that the alignment and force state of the bridge meet the design requirements. Based on the actual construction monitoring project of Xiaoqing River Bridge, this paper aims to study the linear control theory, error prediction method, structural stress safety analysis, ensure construction safety, and provide data analysis reference for this type of practical project. Firstly, the paper introduces the development of prestressed beam bridge, the research status and significance of construction monitoring. Secondly, it focuses on the principle and method of construction monitoring, research on construction feedback, prediction theory and residual accuracy. The finite element software is used to simulate the construction of Xiaoqing River Bridge. The cumulative deflection curve is analyzed, the pre-camber is set, and the hanging basket test is carried out to determine the elevation of the vertical formwork to ensure the reasonable alignment of the bridge. Finally, the linear control analysis, according to the grey theory prediction error, timely adjustment of the reasonable linear, elastic modulus test, considering the shrinkage and creep, stress control analysis to ensure the safety of the bridge structure. This paper analyzes that it can provide reference for the construction control of the same type of bridge and promote the development of this type of bridge construction. It is believed that the construction monitoring system will be the safety guarantee of the bridge construction with the construction monitoring technology maturing day by day.
