海洋平臺(tái)打樁過(guò)程中溜樁對(duì)樁基影響的研究

【摘要】:打樁過(guò)程中突然快速的溜樁可能造成脫錘,樁體破壞,引發(fā)安全事故。由于溜樁的產(chǎn)生往往造成打樁錘擊數(shù)的預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)測(cè)值具有較大的偏差,此時(shí)準(zhǔn)確評(píng)價(jià)溜樁后樁基承載力就成為實(shí)際工程中非常關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文選擇我國(guó)東海兩個(gè)工程實(shí)例,根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)高應(yīng)變動(dòng)測(cè)試驗(yàn)和打樁記錄,研究了溜樁對(duì)樁基承載力的影響。計(jì)算分析顯示,溜樁的產(chǎn)生會(huì)導(dǎo)致打樁總能量的明顯降低;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)動(dòng)測(cè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,溜樁發(fā)生后在發(fā)生溜樁的土層的樁體側(cè)摩阻力接近于零,而樁端阻力沒有明顯的異常,說(shuō)明溜樁導(dǎo)致的承載力降低主要來(lái)自于側(cè)摩阻力的減小。在本文的實(shí)例中,溜樁導(dǎo)致的樁基承載力的降低最大可以達(dá)到樁基承載力計(jì)算值的17%。
[Abstract]:The sudden and rapid piling during piling may cause breakage and damage of pile body and lead to safety accident. Due to the large deviation between the predicted value and the measured value, the accurate evaluation of pile foundation bearing capacity after sliding pile has become a problem of great concern in practical engineering. In this paper, two engineering examples in the East China Sea are selected to study the influence of slide pile on the bearing capacity of pile foundation according to the field high strain test and piling record. The results of calculation and analysis show that the total energy of pile driving will be obviously reduced due to the generation of sliding pile, and the results of field dynamic test show that the frictional resistance of the pile in the soil layer where the pile slide occurs is close to zero, but the resistance at the end of the pile is not obviously abnormal. It shows that the reduction of bearing capacity caused by slide pile is mainly due to the decrease of side friction. In this paper, the maximum reduction of pile foundation bearing capacity due to slide pile can reach 17 of the calculated value of pile foundation bearing capacity.
