摘要：針對(duì)步行、自行車交通通行空間不斷受到排擠、出行環(huán)境日益惡化、交通安全問題日益突出的現(xiàn)狀，研究步行、自行車交通系統(tǒng)的改善途徑。依據(jù)對(duì)北京市兩廣路、CBD、中關(guān)村等地區(qū)的調(diào)查，分析了北京市步行和自行車交通存在的主要問題及原因。結(jié)合居民出行距離累計(jì)曲線明確了未來步行、自行車交通的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。采用理論研究與實(shí)踐分析相結(jié)合的方法，，從保障步行和自行車交通在路段、交叉口及過街設(shè)施等方面的有效通行空間，以及為步行和自行車交通創(chuàng)造良好、舒適的出行環(huán)境兩方面分別提出了系統(tǒng)的改善對(duì)策，并結(jié)合北京市的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析。

隨著小汽車的迅猛發(fā)展，步行和自行車交通通行空間不斷受到排擠、出行環(huán)境日益惡化、交通安全問題日益突出。《北京城市總體規(guī)劃(2004年—2020年)》明確提出“步行和自行車交通在未來城市交通體系中仍是主要交通方式之一”。在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下，“以人為本”、“構(gòu)建環(huán)境友好型城市”等發(fā)展理念深入人心，社會(huì)各界對(duì)步行、自行車交通日益關(guān)注，在這一背景下，北京市開展了多項(xiàng)步行、自行車交通研究、實(shí)踐工作。本文結(jié)合北京市實(shí)踐對(duì)步行、自行車交通系統(tǒng)改善進(jìn)行探討。

1問題分析

1)步行交通系統(tǒng)。

據(jù)調(diào)查，北京市74%的步行者認(rèn)為步行環(huán)境不安全，77%對(duì)步行環(huán)境不滿意[1]。根據(jù)北京市兩廣路、CBD、中關(guān)村等地區(qū)的調(diào)查結(jié)果，分析步行系統(tǒng)主要存在以下問題：thefuturedevelopmenttrendforpe-destriansandcyclists.Combiningtheoreticalanalysiswiththepracti-calconsiderations,thispaperpro-posesthemeasurestoimprovethenon-motorizedtransportsystembyproviding
