基于POE方法的公路客運(yùn)樞紐站內(nèi)客流組織優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人口不斷的遷入,城市規(guī)模越來越大,城市各組成部分之間功能性明顯增強(qiáng),城市對外的聯(lián)系也越來越緊密。為了解決日益增長的市民出行需求與城市交通供給能力不足的矛盾,近年來城市中涌現(xiàn)了大量高度集約化的交通換乘樞紐綜合體,特別是依托于傳統(tǒng)長途汽車客運(yùn)站的城市對外公路客運(yùn)交通換乘樞紐。 公路客運(yùn)交通換乘樞紐是多種運(yùn)輸方式之間、城市內(nèi)部交通與城際交通之間聯(lián)系的橋梁與紐帶,用以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同方向和不同運(yùn)輸方式之間的交通連續(xù)性。作為各種交通模式在時間與空間上銜接的換乘紐帶,城市對外客運(yùn)交通換乘樞紐的功效主要在鐵路與航空等交通方式鏈接不便的情況下以高速公路為依托,鏈接城市與城市周邊地區(qū)。 我國的城市公路客運(yùn)交通換乘樞紐大多服務(wù)于中小型城市與城市周邊的旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)較為發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)、農(nóng)村進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員較多地區(qū)、學(xué)生進(jìn)城求學(xué)頻繁地區(qū)。這些新興的公路客運(yùn)交通換乘樞紐在建成并提供給市民使用后,人們對其便利性是否滿意、站內(nèi)交通流線組織是否最優(yōu)、交通換乘效率是否最高,以及如何改進(jìn)既存缺點(diǎn)等等,都是社會關(guān)注和探討的問題。因此,,對城市公路客運(yùn)樞紐進(jìn)行完整地使用后評價顯得尤為必要。 本文在第二章明確了研究對象是公路客運(yùn)樞紐的站內(nèi)客流組織。交通流線組織是公路客運(yùn)樞紐設(shè)計(jì)的核心之一,各類客流流線在樞紐內(nèi)部進(jìn)行匯集、轉(zhuǎn)換。站內(nèi)客流組織設(shè)計(jì),即研究樞紐內(nèi)部流線在高效性、便利性、導(dǎo)向性、舒適性、安全性及復(fù)合性方面的需求,合理組織各功能,理順不同客流間的換乘流線,增強(qiáng)客運(yùn)樞紐的換乘效率,提升旅客的出行品質(zhì)。并且優(yōu)化內(nèi)部空間環(huán)境,在乘客能舒適地?fù)Q乘出行的同時創(chuàng)造更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。 筆者運(yùn)用了使用后評價(POE)這一已經(jīng)在國際上得到廣泛使用的科學(xué)性評價方法。本文在第三章指出使用后評價理論是從使用者的角度出發(fā),對已經(jīng)建成并使用一段時間后的現(xiàn)有建筑空間進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)嚴(yán)格的評價過程,主要關(guān)注建筑使用者的需求、建筑的設(shè)計(jì)成敗和建成后建筑的性能。使用后評價(POE)首先要了解評價對象,確定評價內(nèi)容及目標(biāo);其次采用文檔數(shù)據(jù)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法和觀察法來收集數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用科學(xué)合理的方法從定性定量的角度分析數(shù)據(jù);最后整理評價結(jié)果,對評價結(jié)果進(jìn)行推廣與運(yùn)用。在第四章,筆者運(yùn)用POE方法,根據(jù)前文提到的公路客運(yùn)樞紐站內(nèi)客流組織的主要影響因素選取出重要指標(biāo),針對其建構(gòu)了完整的綜合評價指標(biāo)體系。 第五章中,筆者基于使用后評價(POE)方法對重慶市四公里交通換乘樞紐進(jìn)行長達(dá)2個月的實(shí)地調(diào)研。首先借助科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)對四公里樞紐的建成后使用情況進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地調(diào)研分析;然后具體落實(shí)到最重要的換乘樞紐站內(nèi)客流組織問題,從旅客的角度希望通過優(yōu)化交通流線、提高站內(nèi)環(huán)境品質(zhì)和換乘安全性等方法達(dá)到提高換乘效率、優(yōu)化站內(nèi)客流組織的目的;再借助層次分析法這一數(shù)學(xué)方法理性地分析調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),確保評價結(jié)果的科學(xué)性和客觀性;最后根據(jù)評價結(jié)果總結(jié)分析樞紐客流組織現(xiàn)狀,提出針對性的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。 最后,則是通過對四公里交通換乘樞紐站內(nèi)客流組織進(jìn)行的使用后評價結(jié)論,提出同類建筑的客流組織優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the city economy and the continuous migration of the population, the scale of the city is becoming larger and larger, the function of each part of the city is obviously enhanced and the connection between the cities is becoming more and more close. In order to solve the contradiction between the increasing demand for citizen travel and the insufficient supply capacity of urban traffic, a large number of highly intensive cities have emerged in recent years. The complex transport interchange hub, especially the urban external highway passenger transfer hub relying on the traditional long-distance bus terminal.
The transfer hub of the highway passenger transport is a bridge and link between the intercity traffic and the intercity traffic, which is used to realize the continuity between different directions and different modes of transportation. As a link between time and space, the transfer junction of various traffic modes and the transfer hub of the city for foreign passenger transport The efficiency mainly depends on the link between railway and aviation, which links the city and the surrounding area.
Most of the urban highway passenger transport transfer hubs serve in the more developed areas of the small and medium-sized cities and the surrounding cities, and the students are entering the city to study frequently in the rural areas. Whether the traffic flow line organization is the best, the transportation transfer efficiency is the highest, and how to improve the existing shortcomings, and so on, is the problem of social concern and discussion. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to evaluate the urban highway passenger transport hub after a complete use of the post evaluation.
In the second chapter, it is clear that the research object is the passenger flow organization in the station of the highway passenger transport hub. The traffic streamline organization is one of the core of the design of the highway passenger transport hub. All kinds of passenger flow lines are collected and converted inside the hub. The design of the passenger flow organization in the station is to study the efficiency, convenience, guidance, comfort and safety of the internal flow lines in the hub. The needs of sex and compound, rationally organize various functions, straighten out the transfer streamlines between different passenger flows, enhance the transfer efficiency of the passenger transport hub, improve the passenger's travel quality, and optimize the internal space environment, and create more economic benefits while passengers can transfer comfortably to travel.
The author uses the post use evaluation (POE), a scientific evaluation method, which has been widely used internationally. In the third chapter, it is pointed out that the post use evaluation theory is a strict evaluation process for the existing building space which has been built and used for a period of time from the user's point of view, mainly concerned with the building users. Requirements, the success of the design of the building and the performance of the building after completion. After the use of post evaluation (POE), we must first understand the evaluation object, determine the content and target of evaluation. Secondly, the data are collected by document data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and observation method, and the data are analyzed from the qualitative and quantitative perspective by scientific and rational methods. Finally, the evaluation and evaluation are made. The evaluation results are popularized and applied. In the fourth chapter, the author uses the POE method to select the important index according to the main influencing factors of the passenger flow organization in the highway passenger hub station mentioned above, and to construct a complete comprehensive evaluation index system.
The fifth chapter, based on the post evaluation (POE) method, carries out a field survey of 2 months for the four km transport transfer hub of Chongqing city. First, the application of the four km hub is systematically investigated and analyzed with the help of scientific theoretical basis. From the angle of passenger, we hope to improve the transfer efficiency by optimizing the traffic flow line, improve the quality of the environment and the safety of transfer in the station, and optimize the purpose of the passenger flow organization in the station. Then the mathematical method of analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the survey data rationally and ensure the scientificity and objectivity of the evaluation results. Finally, the evaluation is based on the evaluation. Results the current situation of hub passenger flow organization was summarized and analyzed, and the targeted optimization design strategy was put forward.
Finally, through the evaluation conclusion of the passenger flow organization in the four km transfer hub station, the optimization design proposal of passenger flow organization for similar buildings is put forward.
