耒宜高速公路路基狀況及其對(duì)基層疲勞壽命的影響研究

【摘要】:高等級(jí)公路路基狀況及其對(duì)基層疲勞壽命的影響研究是近些年來(lái)道路工程界非常重視的一項(xiàng)應(yīng)用性研究。其目的在于通過(guò)研究工程地質(zhì)、氣候水文、交通量、路面結(jié)構(gòu)、荷載等要素,對(duì)高等級(jí)公路路基狀況進(jìn)行全面和深入的認(rèn)識(shí),形成一種科學(xué)合理的路基狀況分析方法;并通過(guò)分析在不同荷載、不同土基回彈模量條件下路基路面各結(jié)構(gòu)層的彎拉應(yīng)力的變化,建立彎拉應(yīng)力與疲勞壽命之間的關(guān)系,分析荷載與土基回彈模量等要素對(duì)基層疲勞壽命的影響,用以指導(dǎo)高等級(jí)公路大修處治。本文依托耒宜高速公路大修工程,以高等級(jí)公路瀝青路面作為研究的重點(diǎn)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)及相關(guān)研究成果,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和技術(shù)指標(biāo),分析了高等級(jí)公路土基回彈模量的衰減及其對(duì)路面和基層的影響,取得的主要研究成果如下:(1)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)承載板試驗(yàn)可以看出,與正常路段比較,路面出現(xiàn)病害處基層模量衰減程度比面層模量衰減程度大的多,說(shuō)明路面的病害與基層的損壞或者基層整體強(qiáng)度的降低有很大的關(guān)系。(2)由無(wú)損檢測(cè)檢測(cè)結(jié)果可知,耒宜高速公路路基病害分布廣泛,并且病害發(fā)生段大多都是由兩種或兩種以上病害主導(dǎo)。從檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)看,耒宜高速公路基層不密實(shí)、沉陷、高含水量等病害較為嚴(yán)重,土基回彈模量在病害區(qū)域衰減程度較大。(3)通過(guò)BISAR軟件計(jì)算發(fā)現(xiàn),土基強(qiáng)度對(duì)瀝青路面各結(jié)構(gòu)層層底應(yīng)力的影響都是線性的,并且受荷載等因素影響非常明顯。隨著土基回彈模量的衰減,無(wú)論是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軸載還是超載作用下,路面疲勞壽命的衰減幅度都比較大,而在土基模量20-40MPa時(shí)疲勞壽命提高較為緩慢,40MPa以后的疲勞壽命增長(zhǎng)較為迅速,因此只有將土基回彈模量控制在合理的水平,才能使路面不至于出現(xiàn)早期病害或者損壞,影響高等級(jí)公路通行能力。
[Abstract]:The research on the subgrade condition of high grade highway and its influence on the fatigue life of the base course is an applied research that has been attached great importance to in the field of road engineering in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to study the engineering geology, climate and hydrology, traffic volume, pavement structure, load and other factors, so as to form a scientific and reasonable analysis method of roadbed condition. The relationship between flexural stress and fatigue life is established by analyzing the variation of flexural stress of subgrade and pavement layers under different loads and different modulus of resilience of soil foundation. The influence of load and elastic modulus of soil foundation on the fatigue life of base is analyzed to guide the overhaul of high grade highway. Relying on the overhaul of Leiyi Expressway, this paper focuses on the asphalt pavement of high-grade highway. Based on the field test data and related research results, combined with the current design specifications and technical indexes of asphalt pavement in China, this paper analyzes the attenuation of resilience modulus of soil foundation of high grade highway and its influence on pavement and base course. The main research results obtained are as follows: (1) through the field load-bearing plate test, it can be seen that compared with the normal section of road, the attenuation degree of the base modulus of the road surface is much greater than that of the surface layer. It shows that there is a great relationship between the pavement disease and the damage of the base or the decrease of the overall strength of the base. (2) from the results of nondestructive testing, it can be seen that the roadbed diseases of Leiyi Expressway are widely distributed. And most of the diseases are dominated by two or more diseases. According to the test data, the base course of Leiyi Expressway is not dense, subsidence, high water content and other diseases are more serious, the modulus of resilience of soil foundation in the diseased area attenuation degree is larger. The influence of soil foundation strength on the bottom stress of each structure of asphalt pavement is linear, and it is obviously affected by load and other factors. With the attenuation of the resilience modulus of soil foundation, the fatigue life of pavement decreases greatly under the action of standard axle load or overload, but the fatigue life of pavement increases rapidly when the fatigue life of soil foundation modulus 20-40MPa increases slowly by 40MPa. Therefore, only if the elastic modulus of soil foundation is controlled at a reasonable level, can the pavement not be damaged or damaged in the early stage, which will affect the capacity of high grade highway.
