東新高速公路工程軟土路基施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的進一步加快,我國高速公路建設(shè)將呈現(xiàn)前所未有的發(fā)展勢頭。路基作為高速公路的基本載體,其施工質(zhì)量越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。路基施工技術(shù)的進步直接決定了路基工程質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣,軟土路基的施工技術(shù)尤為重要。 本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是公路工程軟土路基的施工技術(shù),結(jié)合東新高速公路工程項目具體實例,對軟土路基施工中的軟基處理技術(shù)、路基吹砂填筑技術(shù)展開了深入細致的研究。針對公路工程具體實例的項目特點、地理位置、氣候類型、地質(zhì)條件、施工環(huán)境、業(yè)主要求等方面因素,對軟土路基施工中軟基處理的方案進行了比選,確定采用塑料排水板預壓加固法進行軟基處理施工,并對主要從塑料排水板的插打和土工格柵的鋪設(shè)兩個方面的施工技術(shù)進行了詳細的研究分析與總結(jié)。同時,對路基填筑技術(shù)——吹填砂工藝的應用進行了深入細致的研究,從路基取料、設(shè)備選型、吹填砂工藝、路基護腳及排水、堆載預壓施工、沉降觀測、包邊土施工、路基防護工程及路橋過渡段的施工等方面路基填筑技術(shù)進行了全面的研究,得到了準確的測量數(shù)據(jù)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用了數(shù)據(jù)分析手段,對研究結(jié)果進行分析總結(jié)。 根據(jù)本工程實際施工效果,本文采用的軟土路基施工技術(shù)方案可行,施工工藝科學合理,通過軟基處理及路基吹砂填筑技術(shù)的研究,有效解決了路基施工中的技術(shù)課題。通過技術(shù)成果的推廣應用,保證了東新高速公路工程的項目的施工安全、質(zhì)量與工期,取得了可觀的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟效益與社會效益,進一步發(fā)展了我國路基施工技術(shù)的內(nèi)容和領(lǐng)域,對以后類似工程的施工具有極大的借鑒意義和參考價值,為今后同類型的路基施工提供了寶貴的經(jīng)驗,也將對我國高速公路軟土路基施工技術(shù)的進一步發(fā)展起到積極的推動作用。
[Abstract]:With the further acceleration of infrastructure construction in China, highway construction in China will present an unprecedented momentum of development. As the basic carrier of highway, the construction quality of roadbed is paid more and more attention. The progress of subgrade construction technology directly determines the quality of subgrade engineering, especially the construction technology of soft soil subgrade. The main content of this paper is the construction technology of soft soil subgrade in highway engineering. Combined with the concrete example of Dongxin Expressway project, the soft foundation treatment technology in soft soil subgrade construction and the filling technology of roadbed blowing sand are deeply and meticulously studied. In view of the project characteristics, geographical location, climate type, geological conditions, construction environment, owner's requirements and other factors of concrete examples of highway engineering, this paper compares and selects the schemes of soft foundation treatment in soft soil subgrade construction. In this paper, the preloading and strengthening method of plastic drainage plate is adopted for soft foundation treatment construction, and the construction technology is analyzed and summarized in detail mainly from the two aspects of plastic drainage board insertion and geogrid laying. At the same time, the application of roadbed filling technology-blowing sand filling technology is studied in detail, including subgrade material collection, equipment selection, sand filling technology, roadbed foot protection and drainage, surcharge preloading construction, settlement observation, surrounding soil construction, etc. The embankment filling technology of roadbed protection engineering and the construction of the transition section of road and bridge are studied comprehensively and the accurate measurement data are obtained. On this basis, the data analysis method is used to analyze and summarize the research results. According to the actual construction effect of this project, the soft soil subgrade construction technology adopted in this paper is feasible, and the construction technology is scientific and reasonable. Through the research of soft foundation treatment and roadbed blowing sand filling technology, the technical problems in subgrade construction are effectively solved. Through the popularization and application of technical achievements, the construction safety, quality and construction period of Dongxin Expressway project are guaranteed, and considerable technical economic and social benefits are obtained, and the contents and fields of roadbed construction technology in China are further developed. It has great reference significance and reference value for the construction of similar projects in the future, and provides valuable experience for the construction of the same type of subgrade in the future. It will also play a positive role in the further development of soft soil subgrade construction technology.
