【摘要】:一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)是由多種不同的運(yùn)輸方式要素所組成的一個大系統(tǒng),它通過有機(jī)結(jié)合原本相對獨(dú)立的運(yùn)輸部門從而形成相互聯(lián)系的高效的運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)。一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)的系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)是一致的,而不同運(yùn)輸要素的目標(biāo)是不同的,這就難免會發(fā)生一些沖突和矛盾,那么不同運(yùn)輸要素之間相互協(xié)調(diào),進(jìn)行良好的系統(tǒng)銜接十分必要。貨物一體化聯(lián)運(yùn),其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展需要解決兩方面問題:一方面是通過對貨運(yùn)站布局和選址問題研究,合理選擇貨運(yùn)站場的建設(shè)地點(diǎn);另一方面,通過對通道上貨物通過狀況的研究,合理選擇物流通道,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文依據(jù)一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)貨運(yùn)特點(diǎn),分析建立一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)貨運(yùn)站場選址模型和一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)通道的系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,從貨運(yùn)站場選址研究、選址原則與影響因素、選址評價指標(biāo)體系、評價過程等多個方面對建立一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)貨運(yùn)站場進(jìn)行了論述,較好地解釋了一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)貨運(yùn)站場建設(shè)中存在的問題。本文從一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)通道優(yōu)化研究進(jìn)行了另一方面的詳細(xì)闡述。一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)通道構(gòu)建作為一個極其龐大的系統(tǒng),它不僅涉及到各種交通運(yùn)輸設(shè)施、設(shè)備建設(shè),還包括站場及與聯(lián)運(yùn)相配套的服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè),它是一種由多方協(xié)同參與的政府指導(dǎo)下的綜合行為。詳細(xì)的闡述一體化聯(lián)運(yùn)通道的評價過程需要選取一些指標(biāo)來完成,而指標(biāo)的選取是在基于指標(biāo)的量化方法、評價方式、評價內(nèi)容、評價目標(biāo)、現(xiàn)代化系統(tǒng)管理上完成的。諸多復(fù)雜的因素影響著聯(lián)運(yùn)通道的評價,對于其中可以進(jìn)行定量分析的,采用定量分析,無法進(jìn)行定量分析的,只能進(jìn)行定性分析。并應(yīng)該對定性的因素采用多目標(biāo)決策評價,所以評價過程中需要一定的評價理論及多樣的評價技術(shù)和方法來進(jìn)行指標(biāo)確定、選取及處理,這樣評價的結(jié)果才能最終作為依據(jù)提供給決策者。+ 最后,以通遼地區(qū)開展聯(lián)運(yùn)的特點(diǎn),,對通遼通道從公路、鐵路等方面進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化。最大限度把有限的多種交通設(shè)施進(jìn)行利用,同時把西部通道的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行一定程度的合理規(guī)劃,充分發(fā)揮不同類型交通方式的優(yōu)勢,讓其互相彌補(bǔ),以期形成較為有序的通道體系。該通道體系可分為區(qū)內(nèi)通道、區(qū)際通道、國際通道。在此基礎(chǔ)上,主要針對區(qū)內(nèi)通道和區(qū)際通道進(jìn)行整合優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Integrated intermodal transport is a large system composed of many different modes of transport. It forms a highly efficient transportation system by organically combining the original relatively independent transport sectors. The system objectives of integrated intermodal transport are consistent, but the objectives of different transport elements are different, so it is inevitable that some conflicts and contradictions will occur, so it is necessary for different transport elements to coordinate with each other and make good system connection. For the further development of integrated freight transport, two problems need to be solved: on the one hand, through the study of the layout and location of freight terminal, we can reasonably select the construction site of freight terminal; on the other hand, Through the study of the goods passing through the channel, the reasonable choice of the logistics channel can improve the economic benefit. According to the characteristics of integrated intermodal transport, this paper analyzes the establishment of integrated intermodal transport terminal location model and integrated intermodal transport channel system, from the freight yard location research, location principles and influencing factors, location evaluation index system. The evaluation process and other aspects discussed the establishment of an integrated intermodal freight terminal, and better explained the existing problems in the construction of the integrated intermodal freight terminal. This article from the integration of intermodal transport channel optimization research on the other hand elaborated in detail. As an extremely large system, the construction of integrated intermodal transport channels involves not only the construction of various transportation facilities and equipment, but also the construction of stations and related service facilities. It is a comprehensive behavior under the guidance of a multi-party government. The evaluation process of integrated intermodal transport channel needs to select some indicators to complete, and the selection of indicators is based on the index of quantitative methods, evaluation methods, evaluation content, evaluation objectives, modern system management completed. Many complicated factors affect the evaluation of intermodal transportation channel. For those which can be quantitatively analyzed, quantitative analysis is adopted, but qualitative analysis is only carried out for those that can not be quantitatively analyzed. The qualitative factors should be evaluated by multi-objective decision making. Therefore, certain evaluation theories and various evaluation techniques and methods are needed to determine, select and deal with the indicators. Only in this way can the results of the evaluation be provided as a basis to the decision maker. Finally, based on the characteristics of Tongliao region, the Tongliao corridor is analyzed and optimized from the aspects of highway, railway and so on. To maximize the use of a limited variety of transport facilities, and at the same time to make reasonable planning of the structure of the Western Corridor to give full play to the advantages of different types of traffic modes so that they can make up for each other. In order to form a more orderly channel system. The channel system can be divided into regional channels, inter-regional channels, international channels. On this basis, the integration and optimization of regional and inter-regional channels are mainly carried out.
