TBM插裝閥組工作特性研究

【摘要】:全斷面硬巖掘進(jìn)機(jī)(簡(jiǎn)稱TBM)是一種主要應(yīng)用于硬質(zhì)地層開(kāi)挖的大型設(shè)備,在鐵路隧道、公路隧道及城市地下軌道建設(shè)工程中應(yīng)用十分廣泛。插裝閥具有流通能力大、動(dòng)作迅速等特點(diǎn),在TBM上使用較多。由于TBM工作在強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下,因此研究基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下插裝閥及閥組的工作特性具有重要意義,研究成果可以為大型工程裝備選用插裝閥時(shí)提供一定的參考。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括: 首先,建立了基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下的二通插裝閥結(jié)構(gòu)模型及AMESim仿真模型。研究了振動(dòng)參數(shù)對(duì)插裝閥開(kāi)啟特性的影響,提出了衡量閥芯波動(dòng)程度的評(píng)價(jià)參數(shù)——閥芯波動(dòng)比值δ/X0,揭示閥體結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)其開(kāi)啟特性的影響規(guī)律。 其次,建立了基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下插裝閥閥組仿真模型,研究了振動(dòng)參數(shù)、流道參數(shù)及阻尼塞對(duì)插裝閥組工作特性的影響規(guī)律,提出了閥座設(shè)計(jì)加工的建議。 再次,針對(duì)插裝閥在強(qiáng)振動(dòng)條件下可能出現(xiàn)性能失效的問(wèn)題,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下的插裝閥選型及優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行了研究。一種基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下選型方法的基本原理是,控制插裝閥閥芯偏移量均值不大于5%倍閥芯開(kāi)啟度均值。對(duì)于可能出現(xiàn)性能失效的插裝閥,提出了正交實(shí)驗(yàn)法和簡(jiǎn)易優(yōu)化法兩種結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化方法。 最后,利用電動(dòng)振動(dòng)儀來(lái)模擬TBM工作時(shí)所受的振動(dòng),自行設(shè)計(jì)加工閥座,選用插裝閥進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)振動(dòng)下插裝閥的流量特性試驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。圖44幅,表14個(gè),參考文獻(xiàn)61篇
[Abstract]:The full section hard rock boring machine (TBM) is a large equipment which is mainly used in the excavation of hard strata. It is widely used in railway tunnel, highway tunnel and urban underground railway construction project. The cartridge valve has the characteristics of large circulation ability, rapid movement and so on, which makes more use of the TBM. Because TBM works under the strong foundation vibration, it is studied. It is of great significance to study the working characteristics of the cartridge valve and the valve group under the foundation vibration. The research results can provide some reference for the selection of the cartridge valve for large engineering equipment. The main contents of this paper include:
First, the structure model and AMESim simulation model of the two pass cartridge valve under the foundation vibration are established. The influence of the vibration parameters on the opening characteristics of the cartridge valve is studied. The evaluation parameter of the fluctuation of the valve core, the ratio of the valve core fluctuation, is proposed, which reveals the influence of the structural parameters of the valve body on the opening characteristics.
Secondly, the simulation model of the valve group under the foundation vibration is established, and the influence of the vibration parameters, the channel parameters and the damping plug on the working characteristics of the cartridge valve group is studied, and the suggestions for the design and processing of the valve seat are put forward.
Thirdly, in view of the possibility of performance failure of the cartridge valve under strong vibration conditions, the selection and optimization method of the cartridge valve under the foundation vibration is studied. The basic principle of the selection method under the foundation vibration is that the mean of controlling the offset of the cartridge valve core is not more than 5% times the mean value of the valve core opening. Two optimization methods of structural parameters are put forward for the cartridge valves.
At last, the vibration of TBM is simulated by the electric vibrator, the valve seat is designed and the valve seat is designed by itself, and the flow characteristic test of the underlying vibration cartridge valve is tested with the cartridge valve.
