【摘要】：通過對(duì)青島地區(qū)國(guó)省道公路大中修工程變更的分析，提出工程變更產(chǎn)生、影響的規(guī)律，為類似工程變更的管理提供幫助。從青島地區(qū)大中修工程項(xiàng)目工程變更管理與控制的現(xiàn)狀來(lái)看，雖然有工程變更的管理文件，但是仍然存在管理范圍過大、可操作性和針對(duì)性不強(qiáng)的問題，導(dǎo)致目前青島地區(qū)國(guó)省道公路大中修項(xiàng)目工程變更管理水平和效率普遍不高，，工程各項(xiàng)管理目標(biāo)無(wú)法順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文介紹了省道217朱諸路大中修工程概況、工程變更等情況，分析了省道217朱諸路大中修工程變更規(guī)律和近幾年青島地區(qū)國(guó)省道公路大中修項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的工程變更規(guī)律。分析了工程變更中關(guān)于安全、節(jié)能、環(huán)保、低碳、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等其他問題。預(yù)測(cè)了青島地區(qū)國(guó)省道公路大中修工程未來(lái)可能發(fā)生的變更。提出了青島地區(qū)國(guó)省道公路大中修項(xiàng)目的工程變更的管理和控制的建議。 本文的工作為類似工程的變更管理提供參考和借鑒，同時(shí)，為可能產(chǎn)生的變更的預(yù)測(cè)提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the changes in the major and medium repair projects of national provincial highways in Qingdao area, this paper puts forward the rules of the occurrence and influence of the engineering changes, and provides help for the management of similar engineering changes. From the current situation of engineering change management and control of major and medium repair projects in Qingdao area, although there are management documents for engineering changes, there are still problems such as too large management scope, low maneuverability and weak pertinence. As a result, the level and efficiency of engineering change management in Qingdao provincial highway major and medium repair project are generally not high, and the management objectives of the project can not be realized smoothly. This paper introduces the general situation and the engineering changes of the major and medium repair projects of the 217 Zhu Zhu Road of the provincial highway, and analyses the law of the changes of the major and medium repair projects of the 217 Zhu roads in the province road and the law of the engineering changes of the major and medium repair projects of the national provincial highways in Qingdao in recent years. The safety, energy saving, environmental protection, low carbon, sustainable development and other problems in engineering change are analyzed. The possible changes of the major and medium repair projects of provincial highways in Qingdao area in the future are forecasted. The management and control of engineering changes of major and medium repair projects of national provincial highways in Qingdao area are put forward. The work of this paper provides a reference for the change management of similar projects, and also provides some references for the prediction of possible changes.
